Crumbl — Restaurant in Minot

My mom and I stopped in to try the shop. The staff was friendly but we thought the price was a bit excessive and the selection was small. For a dozen cookies its $50 and for 6 it was $30. The size of the cookie is a large so a bit larger than the palm of your hand. When we actually tried the cookies we found them to be almost raw they were so under. We could even smell the cookie dough when we opened the box instead of baked cookies. I did like the lemon curd that was on top of a sugar cookie but the sugar cookie was way under baked and was more like a short bread than a cookie. Would not recommend. We even commented on the price for the size and the lady even tried to tell us they were huge and she wouldn’t be able to eat a whole cookie. They weren’t that big of a cookie. Size wise the cookie was the size of two standard size cookies and I don’t know anyone who can’t eat two cookies in one setting. Hope this helps. Crumbl has always succeeded all expectations! From California to North Dakota, every crumbl order I've placed has came out perfect...expect the one I made today. If it wasn't for this little hiccup I would have given it a 5 star review. I ordered the Thanksgiving week 6 pie box with 5 pies and a cookie because they were out of apple pie 🥲. The pies and the cookie were delicious. But I also ordered 2 chocolate milks that were gross. The label said "use by Jan 2025", however they were both disgusting with one of them having black mold right under the rim of the bottle. I dont blame Crumbl. These milks were completely sealed and the problem probably started at the location they came from. I just wanted to make it known that the current batch of milk should probably be thrown out and someone from the Crumbl store should contact the milk provider they use. Nothing against you Crumbl! I will continue to buy your wonderful goodies....just probably not the milk.

This was the worst Crumbl experience I have had. The workers were busy joking around while customers waited to be helped and another worker doing her job baking had to call for someone to man the register. Once I received my cookie she slid it across the counter and walked away. Never once had I had an experience at any other crumbl where they did not ask you how the cookie looked. Once I got to my car I opened the cookie. The cookie was cold (it was suppose to be a warm soft cookie) yet it was hard on the outside and tasted stale.
