Disastrous Dining Experience: Rude Management Ruins Meal

My recent visit to The Beach Club was marred by the appalling behavior of the restaurant manager. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The manager's rude demeanor set the tone for the entire evening, leaving a sour taste in our mouths before we even ordered.

Not only did the manager fail to greet us properly, but they also displayed blatant disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead of addressing our concerns with empathy and understanding, they were dismissive and condescending, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present.

It's truly disappointing to see such disrespect towards paying customers. No amount of delicious food can compensate for the lack of respect and hospitality shown by the management. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until they address their glaring customer service issues and cultivate a culture of respect and kindness towards...

I❤️ The Beach Club!I have been a member almost 9 yrs. The new GM, Rumesh, I believe to be the greatest asset to The Beach Club since I have been a member! There is a free monthly pizza party (reservation required), live entertainment several afternoons during summer months, a new upgraded menu, new chef, lots of free things to do for members: water aerobics, Beach yoga, book clubs, Bingo.....lots of new activities......so there is something for everyone. Those who participate, make new friends, arrive with a smile.......will reap the best results! Everyone enjoys NEW Beach towels, new poolside lounge chairs, new beach chairs/ umbrellas! Been a member since it opened and we have been happy … I’m not sure this will get posted because no one I have talked to is happy … the staff is great but the dues have gone up soooo much which is hard when you don’t live here full time … on top of that I can’t bring a family member if I am not there with them and they are charged reguardless … they changed the drinks so now all those cups I purchased with the promise they would be filled was taken away … and the drinks are VERY weak and now served in a cup barely larger than a Dixie cup …bottom line we are being gauged shamelessly by the...
