This newly remodeled home Has such a phenomenal location in a private neighborhood with a neighborhood only access beach. It’s also close to the hustle and bustle while feeling very removed from it all. The porch is a bird watchers dream and the place we all meet for morning coffee. With binoculars we could even see dolphins. I can’t wait to go back.

Edited 2023 We’re back again and it’s better than before which I didn’t think was possible. Still loving the private beach, the close proximity to the hustle and bustle, and the quiet neighborhood. This house has phenomenal outdoor space, not only is the porch still great, the outdoor space off of the pool is a rival for our favorite place to gather. The pool and Hot-tub all I can say is Wow!! Some houses have a tiny little pool just so they can say they have a pool. NOT THIS HOUSE. I haven’t even said anything about the inside of the house. Our family had an amazing vacation at this beach house. It came equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean with fun decor and an awesome new grill! We especially appreciated the outdoor shower and tables located under the house. Ryan was very accommodating and helpful in making this a vacation to remember!
