Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Miramar

I would like to say that I would never order from any other jersey mikes again because if the guy that was working the grill today. He kept asking me and my dad multiple times what we ordered and we had to repeat what we ordered. We ordered 4 subs and he kept asking if I want the things on the sub I ordered which is exactly why I ordered the sub cause if the stuff on there except the cheese. I ordered the big kahuna cheese steak and I got no sautéed onions , no jalepenos & no cheese. Insaid to add raw onions . I said to add tomatoes he didn't I said to add extra jalepenos he didn't and I'm stuck with a sandwich that is basically bread. He was working with a lady that was making the cold sandwiches and it was just a disaster. These two can no work together are so lost and out of place . I wish to get my money back but it's too late for that thank you young man for messing up my sandwhich. Waste of...

This location used to be good I don't know if it was sold to another owner or new manager took over. I was there few weeks ago and four customers walked out the store because they ran out of white and rosemary bread. So what happen they did not bake any in the kitchen due to what being lazy and not doing their job? I gave this location another try to see if it improved and nothing happen fact it got worse. The worker paid no attention to me while building my sub, he was in heavy conversation with another staff member. Here is the best part while I was at the table eating girl staff member asked me we I don't mind if she would swept and clean the floor by my table. What is so hard to understand why even ask this question to customer who is eating. You don't swept dust and dirty floor near a customer's table. I accidentally placed an order on the app at the wrong Miramar location. When I arrived at this location to pick up my order, the manager realized my mistake and told me to give the other location a call to cancel the order and he'd make my sandwiches for me right away (ahead of a lunchtime crowd...). The other store (which also gets 5 stars!) canceled my order and refunded me, no questions asked. Then the gentleman at this location gave me my order and threw in a couple of cookies on the house. I can't believe that I'm the one who made the mistake and not only did they help me correct the situation, they actually gave me cookies to make up for the confusion. Talk about customer service! And the sandwiches were great, too! We will definitely be regular customers at...
