The reviews with 1 star True the reviews with 4 or more stars LIES.. this by far is the WORST popeyes chicken I've visited. The customer service (there isn't any) they are rude and disrespectful. I went into this location several time and its always the same young woman (manager w/ glasses and another associate) who get the orders totally wrong. This was the last straw.Today at 4pm I went in and placed my order at the kiosk watched the young lady place the chicken in the box because of previous mishaps. she then proceeds to add items on my box that she wanted to give me and the items that i ordered. i told her that it was wrong she starts speaking spanish to the other associate who comes up and says your order not right i don't understand i then show her the receipt and the kiosk receipt which read what i order vs what they decided to give me. i told her that's not what i ordered and she told me yes that was and we was both looking at the same receipt the other associate says we ran out of wings. so i say okay then can i have a refund. the manager then comes and says would you like to wait 10mins so i say sure. she rolls her eyes and as im go to wait she then tells me she did a refund how do i want it, though cash or back to my card she then has the nerve to say its early your bank should be abole to put it back on. One time before i went in placed the order at the kiosk and they got the order totally wrong, another time the chicken was undercooked and raw, another time they gave me chicken that i didn't even want. i have to agree with the other reviews about this location either needs a new staff or to be closed because no one there know what they are doing. NOT ONLY DO YOU GET A FAKE NUMBER TO CALL CORPORATE BUT THEY DONT RESPOND EITHER. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. UNLESS A NEW STAFF IS HIRED.Maybe they need to be featured on channel 10 for the poor service and undercooked...
Read moreI went to drive thru & ordered & I was told to park while they prepared my order for me and my son. A young lady came to the car with my order 7 minutes later,I asked if this is everything she said oh I don’t know I saw 2 boxes and said ok, so I give my son his order tenders & fries & no fries in bag so I opened the other box & I was missing one of my sides….I got out of my car and told them I waited a long time to get the wrong order…The cashier at the window said I don’t think you were waiting a long time & I told her 7 minutes too long & 5 cars passed me too late for me to receive an incomplete order. Then a different young lady came to me with small fries & asked me what else I was missing, Cole slaw & she brought it, no apology & I told her that the “lady” in the window should have not answered me when “you guys” were in the wrong, waiting for fast food & to get the order not complete, I have to get out of the car to have you correct the order requires an apology or at least “oh our bad we will make it right ma’am”…Kiara was the cashier at the drive thru & was the name on the receipt, she is rude & didn’t respond accordingly. Furthermore I call to speak to the manager & I get a Voicemail…Paid $30.48 for a fresh mouth & the oil tasted old…this is the 12421 Miramar Parkway Store…Will never go...
Read moreTerrible experience; Enrique the manager was horrible, disrespectful and didnt want to explain to me that he had me waiting in my car for over 10 minutes after 4 cars went thru the drive thru after we had already been told to wait for our order to be prepared just because they didn't have water bottles. This was a joke, and the way he kept trying to pass me over to his employee was embarrassing. He said he spoke Spanish, which is do to and he kept trying to ignore me. The food was cold, sitting on the counter and we had been waiting outside for it and would have continued had i not gone inside to ask. It was a horrible experience as they did nothing to try and fix the situation. He just looked at me stupidly. What a terrible establishment and a waste of time. Go elsewhere unless you like waiting for your food and low quality customer service. Enrique if that was his real name needs a new profession or some serious training as he was awful to deal with. No one in that restaurant seemed competent to be quite honest. I know its fast food, but everyone there was so dumb to keep people waiting for a water bottle...were they going to a grocery store to buy it? And why did no one say anything? Its like they were all dumb...
