Like most that saw this new location being built and anticipated its opening I was unfortunately met with incorrect orders, nasty food, poor presentation, and great disappointment. I ordered green style 2 veggie burgers with Pickles and jalapeños, 2 large onion rings, and 2 shakes 1 oreo and 1 strawberry. I was given 2 greasy torn stain filled bags of a half greenstyle veggie I had one thing of lettuce on the bottom not the top, no Pickles or jalapeños the other burger was completely incorrect. They gave be a green style Jr cheeseburger with nothing on it. How Sway how🤷🏾♀️🤔❓?? The onion rings were both burnt and both smalls 🤷🏾♀️The shakes were nasty and milky. Like I don't event get it whose orders were yall listening to?? Not to mention the wait time was RIDICULOUS!!!I walked to publix, drank an half gallon of water, and had an entire catch up conversation with my brother in law because he order too but he ordered online like 20 minutes prior and still waited a good while after I finally got my food smh unacceptable! I was so looking forward to my lunch. The carelessness of the situation is unforgivable. With covid and everything else still being very real to this day there was no mask being worn from my order being taken to looking in the open kitchen while paying for my order. No hair or beard nets were being worn. It's absolutely amazing for the lack of pride and regard these place have now a days, hire people with real work ethic.! I give this 1 star because even without her mask the one young lady that took my order she was quite pleasant and professional.. I asked the lady that gave me my food after almost an hour (who for whatever reason had an attitude with me)🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️ for Ketchup and she only gave me 2 like dude are yall counting Ketchup or something ? There was a girl behind the counter on her phone and not once did she even try to help. After finally figuring out how to place the order, there was no option to make it to go. We couldn’t find anyone to ask to change it. We found the girl making herself a drink at the soda fountain. When we asked she looked very off put. Our food was ready and she still brought it to us for dine in. Reminded her we needed it to go. She walked back at a glacier pace and handed the food back to the cooks to repackage. Read moreI would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing for several reasons . The burgers I ordered was in very poor condition, with taste and quality far below expectations. The fries were extremely greasy and seemed to have been cooked in old oil, which made them unpleasant to eat. The floor was sticky and dirty, which gives a very bad impression and raises concerns about the overall hygiene of the place. When I reviewed my bill, I noticed an extra charge of almost $10 under the category “Other,” which was not explained. This is a very serious matter as it affects trust in how charges are handled.
