I visited this new Miramar Chipotle location on a Friday around 5:00 PM—not during peak hours—and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. • Service: Just okay. While not rude, the staff didn’t seem engaged. During quiet periods, up to four employees were gathered near the register chatting, while dirty tables and trash-filled surfaces were left untouched. • Food Quality: Disappointing. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice—both the steak and rice were dry and undercooked. The guacamole lacked its usual freshness, and the chips were stale. • Cleanliness & Ambiance: Very poor. The entire dining area was unkempt, with dirty floors and every table covered in trash or food remnants. The furniture was visibly worn—surprisingly shabby for a relatively new location, as if repurposed from an older store. • Noise Level: Uncomfortably loud. The music was blasting like a retail store, comparable to Abercrombie & Fitch. It made the atmosphere feel chaotic rather than casual. • Restrooms: I didn’t check them, so I can’t speak to their condition. Overall: A disappointing experience on nearly every front—unfresh food, inattentive service, poor cleanliness, and an atmosphere that didn’t match Chipotle’s usual standards. This location won’t get a second visit from me.

What a terrible experience at 12581 Miramar PKWY location. Our family ordered online and picked up our order. We got home and when I opened my food, it had rotten, brown/gray guacamole, with the side of guacamole also rotten. As soon as I got there, I showed one of the workers my meal. They proceeded to check their guacamole, and they checked their guacamole they had in the fridge. ALL of it was brown and rotten. They said that was how they were serving it. The manager finally came out after 10 minutes. I went ahead and showed her the food and asked if I could get a new dish without guacamole, or a refund. That's when you started to yell at me. She told me that I didn't know anything about guacamole, and how I should just complain about it online. I was shocked. I have never been to a restaurant where they make a mistake, and become irate over it and scream at customers. I then asked her for her name, and she refused to tell me. I asked her to lower her voice, and she kept yelling at me. This is probably one of the worse experiences at a dining place I've had. This location is fairly new, and this is the tone that they have set? To not do right by customers and instead, yell at them.

Quick, Tasty, and Consistent – My Go-To Lunch Spot! Chipotle in Miramar is my go-to spot whenever I need a quick and satisfying lunch during my break from work. I usually order the chicken bowl, loaded with their wide variety of toppings, and it fills me up every single time! What I love about Chipotle is the customization. You can choose from a range of proteins like chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, and sofritas (for a vegetarian option), and then pile on toppings like rice, beans, fajita veggies, salsas, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. The portions are generous, and every bite is packed with flavor. One tip I’d recommend: try mixing their sour cream with the vinaigrette. It sounds unusual, but trust me, it adds a creamy, tangy kick that’s perfect for the bowl. The service is always fast and efficient, even if there’s a line. The staff moves quickly, and I’m never waiting too long, making it an ideal spot when you’re on a time crunch. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or looking for a reliable meal, Chipotle in Miramar is always a solid choice!

02/21/2024:

As you can all see there is a problem here… it’s seems to come from management not choosing the right staff. They aren’t trained well in the food industry let alone to customer service and it is really sad because it is a brand new business with all bad reviews as of today’s date.

I ordered a veggie bowl and two sweet ladies assisted me tonight. Everything was great until the supposed “manager” was hurrying them and the customers in line. As I am getting closer to pay I noticed that my bowl had a “C” on it. I have always gone to Chipotle and it has said “V” for veggie. Therefore, I asked the supposed “manager” if he can please make sure it’s not chicken because I don’t eat chicken and I would hate to get home and see the wrong bowl. He opened my bowl and started digging through it with his fingers. I’ve never seen this before… my face was in shock!! Last time I checked we have all been taught as children that you don’t play with your food ESPECIALLY if it’s not yours, nevertheless, A CUSTOMERS.

I asked the gentleman who was charging my order nicely that I didn’t want that one, if he can please change it for me, he said yes. Once he told the guy, he became upset and began asking questions as to why I wanted a new order. I mentioned that “I don’t like people playing with my food” and said “how was I supposed to check?”, I responded “I believe we could’ve seen with our eyes if it had chicken or maybe used a spoon.” He turned around upset and saying things. I’m here patiently waiting for my order to get re-done until I notice that the line keeps growing and growing. I asked nicely to the gentleman in the cashier how long it would take and he said just to wait till the line went down a little bit. I waited some more until I didn’t see anyone helping me and I approached a sweet lady who had asked if she can help me, “the supposed manager” said “yes according to her I’m an asqueroso, you can help her” (translated in English disgusting) yet those words never came out of my mouth. I kept my mouth shut and just decided to take this to a person in charge of this location or region because this is what happens when management doesn’t stop talking; people get upset and react. Yet I wasn’t going to.

Having experience in management and customer service, I would never communicate with a customer the way this “manager” did. This is sadly what happens when you don’t have the right leadership team in your business; customers are lost, bad reviews, and staff eventually start to leave… ALL BECAUSE OF ONE REASON, poor leadership team. Very poor customer service, management skills, and quality overall; I feel so bad for the ones...

All I did was asked for fresh lettuce and the female manager which I already reported to corporate for her unprofessional attitude and disrespect was still there didn’t even go check the mobile station to see if lettuce was there so she called over the male manager which she said was a manager who didn’t even want to give his name I never been in a position to feel racism and unethical behavior from both managers since this chipotle opened the service and management are unprofessional this is a diverse community and they only hire people of their ethnic backgrounds not Caucasian or black only Hispanic and no one speaks English but a few both managers that work tonight male and female on January 9th night shift around 6 pm eastern time I never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in my community were I live and work I’ve been in customer service for many years and I tell you I will never forget how they made me feel over lettuce I feel whoever owns this location should evaluate their management and service to the community they want to serve your managers will make your business definitely default for worse this is 2025 and no one should still have racism or unethical behavior especially when we should all be together as one because at the end of the day we are all minorities FACTS I will never go to this location ever know how your business is...
