Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Had this review been done PRIOR to ordering our big day wedding cakes, I would’ve wished I could rate 6 stars, however after my experience today picking up our wedding cake and bundtinis, I can honestly say I never want to go back here. Our family used to come in on birthdays and each get our own mini cake, we loved it. Amazing flavors, delicious, fun, etc. BUT today I picked up our cake and I was handed a paper bag that contained the 5 dozen bundtini cupcakes and then our small personal cake in a separate box. My first issue (that I originally overlooked) was that they handled me everything and offered no help. Next walking out to my car, as I placed the bag inside, the handle completely torn, tossing the top dozen over. So I opened those and fixed them upright. Thankfully I was able to sit the bag snugly in my backseat floor. However when unbagging these at home to put in the fridge, I decided to check all of them. EVERY BOX HAD CUPCAKES TOSSED AROUND IN SEVERAL ANGLES AND NOT SECURED. after looking into this I realize it is because the cake is flat bottomed (like regular Bundt cakes) but placed inside a cupcake tin, therefore there is no way to secure these flat into the cupcake wrap. No wonder they were all over the place! DO NOT ORDER BUNDTINI CUPCAKES. so now I have several cupcakes with flattened or messed up frosting on them and there will be no good way to transfer these to the venue Saturday without this happening again. Thanks for the help on our big day, most important cakes we have ever ordered…. At least I know they...

Okay I've had these before but they've been the small ones like the small cupcake size ones. The only one I really liked cuz I'm not a person that likes really sweet stuff the carrot cake it was perfect. So I come into the store for the first time. You cannot buy the small ones unless you buy a dozen you can't buy half dozen. That left me no choice but to get the bigger one which can't be eaten by hand and in all honesty it's too big for what I'm going to eat of it so most of it'll be safe for later or thrown in the trash. My big disappointment and why I'm giving this place the rating I'm giving it is because they have no Forks. They sell you this mini Bundt cake that's too big to be eaten by hand but they don't give you a fork. She said they only have large sets of silverware to sell and this was after I bought the cake. And I have no way of eating this except for using my fingers now. One I think they need to improve the business a little bit and at least sell half dozen of the mini cupcake size and they should provide...

Over priced , inconsistent quality and snowflakes that work there! When you tell a customer “it’s none of your business what my name is”….. there lies the first problem! Cashiers name is on the receipt btw. When call the next day to speak with the manager ,,,,, she was rude and tried to pin my issue on Covid and how people didn’t have empathy any longer! Ultimately hanging up on me!! I’d love to speak to an owner, I asked for the number and was told NO! I’m going to the courthouse to find out who the owner is….
