The employees there are VERY RUDE. Me and my bf pull up to the menu @12am to see what we’d like. 15 seconds in, a woman asks if she can help us look for anything and I replied back “no thank you. We’re discussing with each other right now.” Side Note: we haven’t seen a Taco Bell menu in years and there’s a lot of options so we’re reading to see what we’d prefer. Literally 10 seconds after that she then goes to say, “well can you just pull back around once you figured out what you want”. I said “but I’m looking at the menu…” She then says “well we’re on a time and you’re making it go up. So can you please pull back around when you figured out what you want”. I replied back “well how am I supposed to figure out what I want if I have to look at the menu?!” She said “I mean I guess you can just sit there and look at the menu”. Mind you there’s nobody but us in the drive thru. We drove off to the other Taco Bell on McKinley Ave instead. They were busyyy but quick with handing out orders, and they were beyond nice it was refreshing! Don’t bother going to the one here if you want to be rushed with...
Read more5pm on a Friday. Not that busy in the drive thru. And yet the person taking the order asked us 3 times what drinks we wanted again. What can't the person taking the orders remember what we JUST told her? Then we get home and we are missing the chicken chalupa from my chicken enchilada burrito box meal, no sauces even though we asked for them and she repeated it, and the root beer is horrible and tastes like it had no syrup in it. We paid for this meal and it's either missing stuff or bad tasting. If my box meal had actually been in the box taco bell says it comes in, instead of in a big paper bag, we might have known we were missing stuff before getting all the way home. Why do we have to check our bags every time just to make sure the stuff we paid for is there? When they don't give you the food you pay for, they are basically stealing money from you. And good luck convincing them of their mistakes unless you check it right in front of them. This taco bell is horrible....
Read moreI’m really appreciative of all the workers here and the fact that this place is open the hours they are. Whether I have to wait a short time or a long time, I’m still grateful and I’d never leave a negative review…especially considering every single one of these people are going to keep going to Taco Bell. Maybe you need to blow off some steam but let’s be honest, the majority of us are drunk, stoners or hangry little monsters. We aren’t the easiest people to please so thank you Taco Bell employees for being there. If you weren’t, we’d all have to waddle home from the bar at 2am and try to manufacture our own quesadillas, which would be very disappointing and I’d be giving myself 1 out of 5 stars. Again, thanks for all you do, you guys make weekends and late nights bearable and I hope someday soon there will be a tip line included on our receipts because you guys deserve it more than...
