This is a story of my five star burger experience. I came in here after doing a 13+ mile day of cross-country skiing and having a serious calorie deficit. What I needed was a massive calorie-bomb type of meal, and this place really delivered. I ordered the hamburger with a large fries and my friend got the cheeseburger with a chocolate shake. The burgers are great, yes, but as a huge fan of salty fries, I knew this was one of my biggest motivators for coming here. You see, whatever fries you order, just forget about whatever size you chose. It doesn't matter. They throw in a big handful of extra fries, floating around in the bag with your burgers and your other stuff. Bonus fries. Yes, you are going to get enough fries. And I like mine salty. These indeed fulfilled my desire for salty flavor goodness. My mouth still waters while writing this review just thinking about my order of fries. But wait, it gets better: there's nuts. Nuts!!! I was ordering to-go so I could take my burger and my large fries and my handful of bonus fries back home with me to have a little backyard picnic, and remember, I had just skied over 13 miles on cross-country skis. I was hungry NOW. That's where the nuts come in. The whole time I was waiting for my order, I sat there eating complimentary peanuts (salted). I couldn't believe it. How did they know I like salty nuts??? And that I couldn't wait to start eating?? Not sure, but gosh was it a wonderful thing to sit there eating unlimited salty peanuts while my order was being prepared. It was an A+ appetizer! Next, I got my order and drove home, and guess what?? Yup, that's right, the fries were STILL HOT when I got home for my backyard picnic. I hate cold fries. I'm that guy that eats all my fries FIRST before I even touch my burger. Why? Because again, if you didn't notice already, I hate cold fries -- they are only good when they're hot. Well this place nailed it. Even after my 8-minute drive home, I was able to eat my fries at a normal human eating pace; I didn't feel the usual urgency to shove them down my throat before they got cold. So, these fries were just right on the saltiness, AND they were good and hot still!!! One thing I dread about ordering is decision fatigue. What do you want on your burger? I don't freaking know!!! I'm just some guy who eats stuff, i'm not a hamburger expert. So there's this menu option to just put "All the things" on the burger. Perfect!!! Now I don't have to make any difficult decisions. Just slap it all on there. Wonderful. Done. And yum!!! Lastly, the person I ordered from was pleasant and professional in dealing with my order. Thank you very much for...

Five Guys in Missoula has become a beloved family favorite for us, and we make it a point to visit often when we're in town.

The burgers at Five Guys are simply amazing, and I especially love the juicy and flavorful taste. The huge bag of fresh fries that comes with every order is a delightful treat that everyone in the family enjoys.

The kids absolutely adore the coke machines with their wide array of flavors, making their dining experience even more exciting.

The restaurant offers great parking options, making it convenient for us to stop by. The interior is always clean and inviting, creating a wonderful ambiance for a pleasant dining experience.

The employees at this Five Guys location deserve special mention. They are incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and appreciated during our visits.

If you're in Missoula and craving a delicious burger with fresh fries, look no further than Five Guys. It's a family-friendly restaurant with excellent food, a variety of drink options, and a warm atmosphere thanks to the friendly staff. We highly recommend...

So I was door dashing Sunday June 23rd. I had two pick up orders at Five guys. Now in defense of the employees as a whole it was slammed. But "one of the head cooks" that night said "oh that order was up and we called the name" when in fact I had been standing there the whole 45 minutes and the name John was not called. He went on to suggest that someone else must have taken the order and my client would have to place a second order and pay again. And refused to make the order on my phone. So now I had to txt the customer. Spend another 5 minutes going through the door dash app to get the first lost order of my que, so at least the second person could get their order in a reason time. I guess i too strongly disagreed with his customer service method of suggesting my client purchase two meals as they are not a service orientated business. I did take a picture of the cook and he will be blasted on the web for his dedication to giving food workers a bad name. Yes it was busy, but he should not take that out on the customers. No one in the store meant for him to...

This is the place to go if you’re in the mood for a GOOD burger, fries, & milkshake. I like to get the bacon cheeseburger ordered “all the way”, but swap the grilled onions for fresh ones. These burgers are very customizable. Same with the milkshakes. This place also offers hotdogs and grilled cheese, etc. The french fries are great and you get a lot of them for either sizes - fried in peanut oil. Not the place to go if you have a peanut allergy. The parking lot can be annoying to get to depending which way you are turning from off from Broadway & Van Buren, but worth it.

Great burger chain. Staff seem friendly enough. The prices is a bit high in my opinion but the food is good. They give you plenty of fries, I think. So you can share to keep the price down. LoL I sound cheap, but seriously a small family of four can hardly eat here for under fifty bucks. I guess if you don't get drinks, then possibly. I still feel like burgers for a family shouldn't be so much. Maybe the two new burger joints that are opening up in our town will give this place a run for it's money. Or better yet my money can run further with their menus. We shall see.
