I recently visited Taco Bell and had an unexpectedly delightful meal experience. Upon entering, the ambiance was casual and inviting, with vibrant colors and a clean environment. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly taking my order.
I decided to try the Crunchwrap Supreme, a novel offering combining a soft flour tortilla with a crunchy tostada shell, filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. The blend of textures was impressive; the crunchiness of the tostada perfectly complemented the softness of the tortilla. The beef was well-seasoned, and the nacho cheese added a creamy, indulgent flavor.
Alongside, I had the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which featured a soft Gordita shell wrapped around a crunchy taco, filled with beef, lettuce, cheese, and a spicy ranch sauce. The sauce was the highlight, offering a tangy kick that enhanced the overall flavor.
For a side, I chose the Cinnamon Twists. These were light and airy, with a delightful cinnamon-sugar coating. They provided a sweet end to the meal.

Read moreGrew up in Missoula, this use to always be my favorite Taco Bell. However, just had the rudest service I have ever experienced at ANY restaurant. Tonight was Monday, the night of the 23rd and everything we ordered was sighed at. Window lady seamed to not want anything to do with us, was she new? It gets better...When we pulled up to the window and asked, simply, for mild and hot sauce she snarled. Once we approached the window and asked for sauce she slammed the window to go grab the sauce, after not offering us sauce (what so ever) rolled her eyes and threw it in our bag, aggressively. I just asked for as many as we could get of each (in comparison of our order) and We received 2 of each aggressively thrown in the bag and once again the window slammed in our face. Just to clarify, that's over 6 items of food and we receive 2 sauces? I think the window lady might be new, but not only Am I a 3 time a week customer, I believe I deserve to be treated well, so does every customer! . I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE DRIVING THROUGH OR NEARBY TO HEAD TO THE TBELL ON RESERVE. As a Missoula native I know they'll treat ya right....

I live nearby, ordered on the App, and walked over to pick up. The lobby was closed, so I tried the drive-thru. They refused me service, "For my safety" and I was like, "Hey, I get it. Corporate policy." So I walked home, got my truck, drove back, annnnnnnd they refused me service AGAIN, for not ordering first? At 945am. I'm not sketchy. I ordered online. Loyalty member. I like Taco Bell. I just want my tacos.
So I ask for the manager, like a Karen. She tells me she can't hand me my food (which is 5ft behind her) unless I drive around and re-order... so I ask to cancel my order (at this point its been 30mins since I ordered). She says she can't cancel my order (as the manager), tells me to call "Support."
I'm like, "Look, we both know how calling Support goes... can I just have my food?" "Not unless you drive around..." After I walked home to get my truck and drive back to Taco Bell for my $9 of tacos, which were sitting so close I could read my name on the digital label.
So I went home and called Support... they're closed. I just want to...
