I went here with my family using the drive through. First they interrupted my mom when she was attempting to order. I was willing to defend this as I thought well maybe they're busy. Then they said oh we're sorry we're out of iced tea after noticing they were out of frozen drinks. This would've been fine if there had been a sign like there was for the frozen drinks. After getting to the drive through and ordering a junior meal for my little brother they said they were out of apple juice. My mom at this point was more than a little frustrated. After leaving to go and eat a little ways away my mom's husband noticed that his pulled pork sandwich looked nothing like it was supposed to and was plain, though there had been no request for this. There was also a random burger in there we hadn't ordered. I was willing to overlook all of this as I work in food service myself and I understand it can be stressful. But after my mom's husband decided to go in and get his order fixed he later came back(with a fixed order) but mentioned that while he had been in there, a homeless man had come in and asked for a cup of water. They told him no, that they couldn't do it right now and then made him leave. Considering the fact that it's at least 80 degrees out, asking for a cup of water isn't something you should reject. I was willing to defend mistakes but treating someone like that who was simply asking for water is outrageous. We won't be coming back to this burger king again and my mother intends to write a letter about our experience and that mans...
Read moreTaking the time out of my day to say thank you to the incredibly hardworking Burger King staff here. They work so hard while being so understaffed, and yet they maintain a positive attitude throughout it. I stop at this location often when I get off of work because it’s in a convenient location for me and because I don’t eat meat so I love being able to get an impossible whopper. They’ve let me know pretty much every time that they’re understaffed, which is the honest to goodness truth of the matter. But they make it work every time. The reality is that these employees are not getting paid enough for their labor but big companies feel no incentive to hire anyone because they know their employees will make it work. So they make tons of money with low labor costs, on top of not being able to keep employees there because they don’t compensate them well enough. Whether or not management has control over some of these issues at hand, I do just hope they read this comment and thank the specific individuals working there today. There is one lady who was working the drive thru that’s always efficient, communicative, and kind. I unfortunately don’t remember her name from her tag but I’m sure you can check who was working. The other person who was working is named Suzanne. She also went above and beyond and was very sweet. Please give them the credit...
Read moreThis location never gets our order right and they're always slow. They've even "run out" of items I've tried to order. Tonight we got real beef, instead of the impossible patty, that we ordered. Before tonight, it had been nearly 6 years since I ate beef. Remaking my sandwich won't fix that. Remaking my order the way I expected it too be the first time will not undo the fact that I ate something that isn't a part of my diet anymore. Needless to say I am truly upset and will always recommend against this particular location.
review edit; this location is still the worst I've never had worse fast food french fries and they always put mayonnaise on my sandwich that does not come with mayonnaise and argue every time I order it that it doesn't come with it yet I have to go back every time and ask for a new one because it makes it on my sandwich somehow even though it doesn't come with...
