I’m usually not the person to complain, honestly, but I order pizza a lot so I’ve ordered pizza from here at least once a week for almost two months now and they never give me the crust flavor I ask for. This issue obviously isn’t the biggest deal and doesn’t ruin my dinner so I didn’t say anything for awhile because I understand missing something every once and awhile, but after ordering at least 5 times in a row and not getting something you have to specifically choose is a little annoying so I called to just ask the manager about it and see if maybe they just didn’t do crust flavor there and that’s why I’m making this complaint. I waited over 5 minutes on the phone to talk to the manger and then I complained to her as nicely as possible and basically just asked how I would go about getting what I wanted or if they even had it and she was very rude and basically told me that if it’s really that important to me I should add it to the notes for the order, as if they’ll listen to it then, it’s always in the receipt and I can see it but apparently they can’t. How am I supposed to say that in your stupid 28 character notes thing? The manager on shift was Cassy, idk if that’s spelled right, but she was very rude to me and earned this store a 1 star review from me, seriously would have never complained if she would’ve even tried to have some respect while talking to customers, if she is on shift I won’t be ordering anymore. Needless to say very disappointed with how I was treated tonight and I’ll drive out of my way to get food from a different Pizza Hut now, pizza was fine even when not made correctly but the customer service was a joke and...

Had family in town and we were trying to decide where to eat. The delivery guy was instantly rude asking why we were parking there. Had heard there was still no open lobby. He confirmed that and proceeded to point out tow signs in their parking lot. As they "still have customers" Carryout and delivery only. My sister tells him thank you for helping us decide we're NOT eating here. Meanwhile I watched 2 people exit the Press Box next door and enter a vehicle followed by another person into another vehicle, all parked at the far side of "Pizza Hut's Parking". I went to meet family inside Press Box, get a table and phoned in an order of bread sticks for carryout. Walked up got them and put them in my windshield with the receipt. Guess I payed for parking but we'll NEVER go there even if they ever open the lobby again. If the delivery guy is somehow the manager...no wonder they can't find help to open the lobby, even if they did his shining personality would chase off customers like this one.
