I will not never cater to this location NEVER AGAIN! this is the second bad experience I've had at this location in less then a week with what appeared to be the same manager on duty...she about a 5ft 2in Hispanic if anyone else had a bad experience with her also...she's not very personal. My first bad experience was when I ordered a Whopper combo a young lady who appeared to be fairly new handed me a small drink and I ask shouldn't I be getting a medium with the combo she didn't seem certain so she consulted with the manager in question who was in the background who appeared already bothered and wouldn't come to the window but instead just shook her head having know idea what my concern was.
Second issue was at 645 am with the same person who appears to be the operating manager.. I ordered off the drive thru menu which posted a coffee any size for $1 and 2 for $4 breakfast sandwich and a milk...when she gave me my total I ask her did she miscalculate because the total exceeded what was posted. I ask her how much was each item....the problem was the coffee which I informed her that the menu clearly states any size for $1 she then informed me that was wrong and the promotion was over...I ask her why is it still on menu as current.. I couldn't understand why she wouldn't honor it since it what on the menu it was just COFFEE and I didn't have enough money to pay double for what was clearly posted....she then proceeded to unlock something on the registoer to remove the coffee from my order... I was in disbelief and upset and told her to forget the whole order...customer service is almost a thing of the past...and did I forget to say she laughed at me..
I been a faithful customer here since they opened and will share this bad experience with all my Sienna neighbors...can you believe she wouldn't honor what was clearly a mistake on there part..COFFEE unbelievable...they obviously don't care to much about customer...
Read moreOn November 1st, I went to this Burger King to pick up some dinner. I must add that I visit this location frequently because it’s the closest one and my kids like it. I’ve always had great service. That streak came to a halt when I arrived home with my food and found a fake nail attached to the fry container. I called. The lady that I’m assuming I spoke to was the same one who took my order. A blonde Hispanic lady. When I told her about the incident she kept denying anyone had any fake nails. I made it clear it certainly wasn’t mine and I gain nothing from lying about the situation. Sue offered a new order of fries, I told her that the fries was the least of my concern and was more worried about the sanitation protocols. She continued to make that claim that hat no one there had fake nails. I requested my money back and she asked me to bring the food back. Annoyed, I hung up and contacted corporate because the drive there is more of a hassle than going back and forth with this person. From what I gathered, it seemed to me like she thought I was just trying to get a free meal, which is not the case. I visited this place often so that really angered me. Needless to say I have not and WILL NOT go back...
Read moreOrder dinner for delivery and they got the whole order wrong. I called to speak with some one and I spoke with the evening shift leader Christina and the night shift manager Luis. Both would not let me talk. They kept over talking me when I was trying to explain what was wrong. Christina even told me its my fault the app didn't send them the correct order. When I asked for their names and position titles they became upset and Luis gave the phone to Christina. And Christina hung up on me. For me to be a customer trying to get my order corrected especially since I'm spending my money. The level of maturity and professionalism was not there. I don't understand how they have leadership roles. But corporate needs to discipline...
