Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Missouri City

Definitely do not recommend this location to anyone. The wait time is super ridiculously long and slow...plus the managers are awful and unhelpful when issues arise. Visited this location the night of Wed October 4th. Ordered the family size tender meal for my kids to only get home to learn the food order is wrong. I contacted this location and spoke to Manager Anna. I told her that the tenders were ordered mild, but we were given all spicy, and mashed potatoes were ordered with no gravy, but they had gravy on them. I asked if I could be refunded for their error and the inconvenience, and the Manager by the name of Anna said no.

Contacted customer service about the situation and was told they only handle refunds from mobile or online orders, but that instore purchases are refunded from the store themselves.

I went back to the store today, Sat October 7th and spoke with General Manager Carla. Explained the situation, and she reached out to her District Manager Maria Rios. The DM Maria said they need something in writing from Popeyes approving the refund because I didn't bring back the chicken and the potatoes. I explained to GM Carla Manager Anna did not explain this to me otherwise I would have brought the stuff back today.

I will be escalating this further up the corporate ladder. This is utterly ridiculous. No where on my receipt does it mention this policy, nor did I see anything on the website.

My family and I will not visit any Popeyes location going forward, and I don't recommend visiting one either. Plus, in going inside to speak with the GM, the inside dining area and kitchen area were filthy. It's amazing how businesses would rather lose a customer than make things right. Pfft!!! Find an alternate chicken place to go to like Slim Chickens, Raising Canes, etc...at least you'll get better service, the presentation of the food is better, and they value their customers and care about customer...

Wrong, wrong, wrong!!! Wrong meal, wrong chicken, and having to deal with the manager is beyond wrong!! You want to give me 3 out of 5 pieces of chicken that I paid $10 for and wanted me to bring the old chicken back. I called, and because your phones are not working and are being repaired, I was supposed to know to go home and bring the old chicken back.

I did one better... since it was such an issue for her. I took the chicken to work the next day and returned the meal to her. I had to threaten to call the corporate office behind some darn chicken!!! Man!!!

(2 days dealing with incompetent people!) When I arrived, she didn't want the chicken back. She wanted me to throw it in the trash, and I absolutely did not!!! She wanted it so darn bad I gave it to her!

Prices are too high for me to not get what I pay for! The quality was average, spices are not distinct, and even with buying peppers, it still wasn't spicy.

It was a line full of mad customers whose food was wrong, and she was being ugly to everyone like it's our fault!

Come on!!! There are at least 10+ employees there, and no ones meal is right, and it's our fault! I beg to differ!!!

Sad! I will not go back anytime soon!

We bought multiple items... I didn't even get all of my food at 1st and had to go back in to get it. I didn't know I had to taste the chicken before leaving to know they did not give me spicy...

I entered this establishment at 7:13PM. The staff does not acknowledge you. After waiting 5 minutes I finally placed my order with a big haired emotionless highschool/college kid with no hairnet. The staff here really do not care at all and take their sweet time bagging customer orders in the wrong order, no awareness or situational priority is placed. Two other customers waiting before me said they had waited for nearly 20 minutes already. 30 minutes later I had to ask a lady worker for my food, and it turns out it was sitting on the counter and the big hair kid who took my order never finished packing it. The lady worker said he was supposed to finish the order, his response was "I don't know" and he continued doing absolutely nothing. 5 seconds after I asked where my order was, they got it for me. When I got home I found out they charged me for two additional fries, I was missing the chicken sandwich I ordered and they forgot the biscuits in my combo meal. In summation I waited 30 minutes for 5 tiny pieces of chicken, and exorbitant amount of fries that I did not order, and a missing food item. Please, please, please check your bag at this location. They will never answer...
