Swig — Local services in Missouri City

Very terrible place and such a joke they dont provide good nor friendly service i was eager to try out their popular good drinks and they said they were out of everything but the sodas and coke flavored drinks like yall just opened up and how will you be out of stuff not so organized at all very rude and unprofessional workers i was really excited to trying something out but no nothing i wanted was available you are better off going elsewhere like sonic chick fil a dutch bros etc. anyone but here I will never go back and give business to this organization im super disappointed and one of the female workers said at least its free and i said thanks alot i didnt get nothing so technically i got free by not getting anything this place needs to be boycotted they dont deserve no business at all i doubt it will be any better they hire bad teenagers of high school and college kids and its super bad in service also ppl do cut in the lines of the drive thru its so bad nor a good spot to being in business either so ill never go back and avoid headaches along inconveniences such a disappointment to make a good thing and then it turnsout bad and negative so indeed never will i get involved with this organization 0%...

I went the second day of the Grand Opening which was Friday and the lines were long but moving pretty quickly . My drink could have been better . Although this past Sunday was way too long to be waiting . I waited approximately 35min. By the time I got my drink it was watered down I had to ask for more ice . My other drink they had ran out of mango puree and I had to pick some random syrup to put in it which I wish they would have told me ahead of time bc I paid for the drink and didn’t get what I ordered . Pretzel bites were cold . It seemed like they were hot and some point bc the cup had steam in it . Zero stars for that experience. I felt obligated to grab my order instead of requesting a refund bc I had waited so long in the drive thru . Not worth the wait. Maybe once they get settle in the service will...

I had never heard of Swig, so I am a new customer. I have been taking the opportunity to try something new each time I go. So many options, you are bound to find something you like. I was happy to see that they had Coke Zero, Dr Pepper Zero, Sprite Zero, Pepsi Zero, etc., so you can customize to reduce calories on any of the drinks. Low calorie refreshers available too. The crew has been very friendly each time I’ve gone through the line despite the challenges of a grand opening in August heat & are happy to help with customizations. Yes, there is a long line, but all new businesses are going to be overwhelmed at grand opening. Have patience! Once everyone gets the hang of the line merge, it will be quicker.
