The Teahouse Tapioca and Tea- Sienna — Restaurant in Missouri City

Impressed by the staff today.

We arrived around 1:30 on a Saturday. We knew there was going to be a wait before we ordered by the amount of customers sitting.

We were unsure about our order, and instead of waiting for us to decided, Fadel* moved forward in assisting Destinee*.

Attentively, Destiney came quickly to take our order but didnt make us feel rushed.

We sat by the pick up station and people watched, and noticed the newly formed line and online orders coming in. The two young people moved swift, yet calm.

When I had a question, Phadel* answered transparently without a definite answer; yet, he responded with amazing customer service to figure it out.

Destinys humble demeanor, when addressing the wait, was apologetic and enthusiastic about making it right. Yet, I had no complaints. I just wanted their names so I could rave about the work ethic they both displayed during their afternoon rush.

To the manager, your facility is clean and welcoming. Your restroom was spotless and your choice in hiring is amazing.

Worst bubble tea place ever. I usually head to my local tea place near me, kung fu tea, that has great service, portions, and overall great quality drinks, although I wanted to try a new place. The workers here at the tea house are the total opposite of my go to place, here they are slow, unreliable, and disappointing. Whenever I received my green tea it was not even fully filled up to the top, a good inch was missing, filled with barely any tea and almost all of it with ice. The tapioca was hard and old, terrible quality coming from a brand new business. If u want to have consistent costumers, plan out your business more accordingly. This place doesn’t deserve the hype, try working on your management skills and maybe I’ll give it a second chance. My recommendation is to try out kung fu tea, boba yes, or tao tao tea, where their service is incomparable to this place. Please here me...

Poor customer service. I have ordered from this location about 7 times since they opened and every single time the service is poor. No communication! I order from the app so I get pick it up on the way to an appointment, and despite the app saying it will be ready at a certain time, it is NEVER ready. Today, I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time and one drink was sitting out getting warm. I inquired about my other drink and did not get a response. I waited a couple minutes then asked another person. He got my name and order but said nothing. I asked if there was a problem with my order and he said under is breath that they’re busy.
