I do not recommend anyone going to this location. My mother-in law, son (4yrs old) and I just had the worse experience. We went through the drive- thru to order our food and upon receiving our food and pulling off, I handed my son his kids meal 4 ct nuggets with French fries. My son: "Grandma what is this thing doing in my French fries, what is this thing?" My mother-inlaw proceeds to look back at my son and he is holding a twig that is hot with salt and grease on it, something that for a child could have easily been mistaken for a french frie. We had only made it to the Jack in the box parking lot to get shade in the car to eat our lunch and turned back around to chick fil A to ask them for another set of french fries and to inform the staff of what was found in my sons meal. The male ( possibly manager) proceeds to tell my mother in law there is no way that came from their place of business and that we were mistaken. she then proceeds to tell him we are that kind of person to do something of that nature and we had only just ordered our food 3 mins before returning, and we are just requesting a replacement. After receiving a replacement of fries and kids nuggets the male hand the back and the food wasn't hot and did not look any different than what we had before ( it was warm) and the manager tells us that it came out of a fresh bin of fries made.. the manager isn't apologetic about it, he still put the blame on us saying that this happens 3x a day everyday. We are just dumb founded that something like this could happen so many time but the guy isn't think to look into the issue and still believes everyone else is wrong. This isn't a great business to support and we have officially removed our business from any franchise of this company. I will advise anyone who goes to this location to always check their food and take a picture because your family and your health...
Read moreSitting at a numbered space in the parking lot, ordering food for curbside delivery, when suddenly someone came and posted a sign that curbside delivery was u available because of inclement weather. Keep in mind, I'm sitting in my car, ordering, at the time. There is no rain, no hail, no lightning or thunder... earlier, miles away, there was a light sprinkle. Thus, I had to reorder my food, for inside pick-up. I ordered, carefully requesting the deluxe sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese and extra pickles. When I went to pick up my order, inside, the clerk seemed surprised and confused to see me at the mobile order stand. "Can I help you?" Yes, I ordered my food using the app and I am here to pick up. "Uhhh, what is your name? Because we have no mobile orders, right now." Literally, staring at my phone with the completed mobile order, he told me no such order had been received. They had to begin from scratch. Total in-out time, more than half an hour from my initial order. When I arrived home, I discovered my drink was missing, my two large waffle cut fries were one, medium order and my deluxe chicken sandwich was missing the lettuce, tomato, cheese and extra pickles. There were, instead, two lonely pickle slices. This is outrageous. I used to visit Chik Fil A on a regular basis, even have used the app for years and am a high-level app member with more than 1000 points, yet I cannot recommend this franchise any longer. The company has gotten really sloppy and customer service has taken a...
Read moreChick-Fil-A is traditionally one of my favorite restaurants and they generally offer the best service, but I am not sure why every time I go to this specific location I have a bad experience.
While going through the drive through this afternoon, Jenna was the person who assisted me and she was initially congenial. But upon asking for clarification on a few menu offerings, she first told me that I needed to look at the menu on my phone (despite my battery being low) and when I asked her questions, she began to get an attitude and get short with me.
I believe that she was either training someone or being trained, as there was a person who came back to shadow her halfway through my order.
As I was placing my order, she obviously was not listening to me, as she continued to add things to my order and when I asked her about the pricing, she kept rolling her eyes and breathing heavily.
I've visited this location on several different occasions and have have had negative experiences almost each time. While this is a close location in proximity, I think the service and training is lacking at that location. And as someone who focuses on training and development, I am always elated to receive good service but I also believe poor service needs to be addressed.
The best location in my opinion is either the Chick-Fil-A location on 518 or the South Fork and Business Center- their service is always...
