AT&T Store — Local services in Missouri City

We have avoided this store from bad reviews but ended up here out of frustration after a visit to our regular ATT store a couple miles down 6 was ridiculously disappointing. We should send those guys a thank you note because the Sienna store was so much better. Evidently, there has been a management change in Sienna so those older bad reviews are now irrelevant.

We arrived a few minutes before opening time but were greeted warmly and brought in anyway. We had some complications with our account and were buying two phones so it was complicated. Abdus took extremely good care of us and the dreaded new phone buying experience turned out to be quite positive. We now have a new destination for all of our phone...

I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t help but admire the dedication a particular employee had. This particular employee was not only dedicated, but also extremely patient and knowledgeable about AT&T and it’s services. I came in a few days ago after having issues connecting my smart watch to the wireless network. I contacted AT&T over the phone but was prompted to do the same futile fix over and over again. Abby was extremely patient and was a major advocate for me. I waited for several hours on the phone at the AT&T store but Abby never gave up and saw to it that I got resolve. They have been nothing but friendly and patient at every visit, showing willingness to answer all my questions and even find humor in our conversations. I was greeted at the door every time I visited and did not have to wait long for help.

I was so happy that Sandra help me with adding screen and camera protection film to my new phone because I'm so terrible at it.

Tanner was very diligent and informative with helping me to send my trade in back and Mel was super friendly and engaging!
