Not only did I wait in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes (no exaggeration) when I was finally able to pull up to the window to find two young ladies (teenagers) laughing and giggling carrying on their personal conversation, I gave her my money for my food and then all of a sudden they are in a rush when they handed me my food so I drove off because it was important that I moved so they can get to the next customer. I assumed and trusted that my order should be fine until I got home to feed my family and opened the boxes to clearly see that the fish dinners I ordered looked horrible, it looked as if the fish pieces were cut in half and then fried, the grease needed to be changed, the food boxes were not lined with food liner sheets, they literally just threw it in the box. I tried reaching them by phone and no one ever answered the phone (I called two days in a row) and I refused to go back to the restaurant that evening to wait another 40 minutes in the drive-thru because the dining room was closed for the evening and I do not live close to the restaurant. I then proceeded to reach out to the owner or manager' s phone number that was printed on the receipt and left a message but he never returned my call..I do frequent this restaurant so I know what to expect and know how the dinners are supposed to be served. My suggestion is to have a supervisor or manager over see the children that they have cooking for them as well as dealing with their customers because their customer service is very poor. P. S.) What is going on at this location??? Why are the managers not checking the food before they go out? The fish literally taste like it’s spoiled or rotten and it smells horrible. The food is NOT fresh at all! I’m not over exaggerating! 😳
They didn’t even put it in the right package, and the fish is slimy and not cooked thoroughly (pink inside) … they didn’t even load the potato properly or cook it all the way through. (cold and hard)
Are they trying to make people sick on purpose??!?
As a licensed food inspector, I wonder when was the last time they had an evaluation?
Then They only put cheese on the potato as well… no bacon bites. Smh
They did not even add the broccoli on the side. I ordered this food at 9:05 PM.

Read moreI thought this place was ok at first. but the longer I was there I noticed that this location has serious problems. there's no communication between the employees: the ones in the front tell the ones in the kitchen what to make and it's wrong. so the employee in the front screamed at the employee in the kitchen what she actually said. I saw multiple wrong orders, staff laughing and playing around, taking phone calls on their cell phones and whichever one was the manager did nothing. the food I ordered just sat there and I waited for someone to hand it to me. no one did. I had to go up and plead with them to give me my food and condiments and the woman who did give me my order had an evil attitude. the guy at the register tried to laugh and make excuses about why everyone's food was wrong or late. there was a car that came in through the drive thru and paid, but the staff told them to wait out front and the order would be delivered to the car. they took so long that the car drove off without getting the food that they paid for. the employees didn't care, the manager did nothing. it's like this whether the place is...
