foosackly's - West Mobile — Restaurant in Mobile

Went today about noon to the Foosackly's out toward the Airport - the menu board had changed, the uniforms had changed, the amount of food you received had changed ( 50% less fries ) - the food tastes the same, the prices may have changed ( if so - more / not less ) and the options with each meal had changed ( fewer ) - all-in-all , nothing too drastic and food still pretty good. HOWEVER, the two bathroom doors had " CAUTION - DO NOT ENTER " yellow and black, 4 " wide tape plastered in big x'es across them from corner to corner. I asked the waitress where we were supposed to wash our hands and she replied : " Oh, the bathrooms work: that's just part of our Halloween decorations, Everyone's been asking about that. " Now, what manner of total idiot puts ' CAUTION - DO NOT ENTER ' signs on the public bathrooms in a business when they are completely operational ? Answer: a manager who shouldn't be trusted with a burnt match, much...

Okay a $33 order at the drive-thru the bigger boxes and then the queso fries with bacon bits three large drinks. A guy came out and took the order before we got to the window ask for a name and he even repeated the order back to us correctly the first time. Went to the window paid for everything pulled over into a parking spot and check the order. There was to be coleslaw substituted for an extra bread and the sauce was to be ketchup ...no substitution for the bread and no ketchup ..(I think they call it honey mustard is what they stuck in it) not sure what happened between the guy repeating back exactly what we asked for and what we got at the window. Food was hot fresh and not sloppily thrown in the containers. I walked back in explained the situation to the lady at the counter she immediately took care of the issue and corrected it in a timely manner ..The employees were friendly and very low drive...

Foosakleys is always been really good but I experienced some undercooked chicken on a chicken sandwich I had the other day I ate it and I didn't really think about it and within about 4 hours I got really sick I've been throwing up and going to the restroom a lot and my stomach is been real uneasy I'm not writing this to criticize the restaurant itself because they've always been a top-tier five to me they just may want to check in on some of their Cooks and make sure everything is being cooked all the way through because I happen to get a bad sandwich and even though I did get a bad sandwich I'm not going to knock them for it Ill'still continue to eat there just check the chicken please and...
