McDonald's — Restaurant in Mobile

My daughter had a migraine and got very sick outside I thought that maybe a cheeseburger or something could help her she takes a medication that makes her not hungry and sometimes gets bad headaches there were two managers that were so very kind and compassionate to me they had saw my daughter get sick on the video before I even came in they were already getting things ready they gave her a sprite cheeseburger french fries chicken nuggets you name it they got it for her at no charge we need more people like this in the world to understand that we are all one under God and he wants his people to love and treat others as you would want to be treated I must say that was an experience I’ll never forget the love and compassion that was shown on May 14, 2022 @ 8:27pm order number 54 May God continue to bless these women and their understanding of being a mother n compassion shown to help her feel better It was so...

We chise to go inside because the drive through line was so long. I am old. I went to the counter and was told I HAD to order at the keous. I have never used it before. I went to it and had an issue with the touch screen working. It would not recognize my touch. I went Back to the counter and waited 3.5 minutes. No one ever asked me if they could help nor did they respond when I said "excuse me" to someone I saw walking around in the back. The volunteer group I work with orders 3 times a week in the a.m. from this McDonald's. There are six of us and the order is always over $40. I will not come back and I am the one who comes every morning. So that is $120 lost in sales per week fo an average of 50 weeks. APROX $6000 a year. How long before you loose enough business and word of mouth business before it...

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The night manager was entirely rude to both staff and customers. Whomever was at the drive thru window handed us the wrong drink. Unfortunately I had to check first so of course I couldn't just give it back when I found out it was a diet coke instead of a Dr. Pepper.

I then heard her tell the staff member to not give us the right drink because we already had one. Ma'am, it's not our fault we were handed the wrong drink. Thankfully the staff member did not comply and gave us both of our drinks.

Needless to say we aren't going back to this location again and I would advise the same if the rest of their management...
