
Canceled on me the day of, one hour before without even an apology and still no response for the new appointment I asked her for! Very unprofessional! IMO she has too many things going on at once. If I had canceled on her she would have charged me for it!

And I have screenshots showing you said you may need to move me up or reschedule for the next day, then no response to my numerous text. And there’s no sense in rescheduling because she’ll miss that appointment too. Please save your time and money... the headache and subpar wax is not worth the trouble !

YOU were late for the first appointment and did not have the decency to call and inform me. I waited patiently then contacted you, only for you to say you were not coming and I needed to reschedule. Would not even pick up the phone and then sent me a very blunt text that simply stated “can I help you?” I didn’t recognize the number so I asked who it was. I finally figured out it was wax’d Studio. The person indicated that when you call back to back that it was rude. Why do they have a phone if they don’t pick up? They are to cheap to get a separate phone for business I guess. So not introducing yourself and calling customers rude is not a good business tactic.
