I went to Wendy's in Tillmans corner around 10:30 pm Monday, Aug 18 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with medium baconator fries and medium coke, 10 pc nuggets combo with medium baconator fries and medium coke, and a third medium coke. I paid with a $100 bill and did not receive change. The cashier handed our food out to us and moved on to the next customer. I was distracted by my children and assumed since she had moved on, we were finished, and drove away. Appx 30-45 min later, I realized the error and tried to call. All I could get was a voicemail not set up greeting. So I drove back to the restaurant and told them they had not given me back my change. Manager told me my order was $30.70, but I could keep the .70 cents. She gave me back $70. They had never told me what my total was previously nor given a receipt, so I could only take their word. Already frustrated I wasn't in the mood to argue. After I got down the road, I was thinking it sounded a little high. So I went online and made an order for the exact items but did not place the order, to find out how much my order SHOULD have been. It only came to $23.35. I tried to call again, and again, got the "no voicemail set up" greeting. I assume it'll be the same tomorrow, but I will be calling tomorrow and be up there to get the rest of my change, and hopefully a little something for my trouble. A frosty for each of my two kids should cover the gas I'm having to waste driving back and forth correcting y'all's mistake. Y'all owe me $6.65. Read moreMy family and I ordered food for five at the drive thru. After paying at the first window, we drove to the second window to get our food. A young man gave us our drinks first in a drink tray. We removed the drinks from the tray and gave it back to the female manager who was waiting to hand our food to us. We grabbed the bags, and looked through the bags to make sure our order was correct which took no more than 10-15 seconds. The female manager proceeded to tell me to move my car forward and look through our bags away from window. I told her there was no one behind us and she responded that I needed to move away from the window because of the timer and then slammed the window, locked it, and began yelling loud to herself as if she was extremely upset and walked away from the window. I honked my horn to get the young man’s attention who originally gave us our drinks. He opened the window and I asked him what was the female manager’s name and he responded that he was new and didn’t know her name. I don’t understand how that could be true since they were working together. He may have been a new employee but it didn’t make sense that he did not know her name. We drove off towards the front doors and entered asking to speak to the female manager to get her name but she was no where in site. I asked another female employee at the counter what the female manager’s name was and she completely disregarded us, didn’t provide any information. I asked who the franchise owner was, again nothing. No one knew anything. Read more8/18/25. 4/07 pm I’m a Wendy’s fan but my experience today was the worst of any Fast Food service I have ever experienced! From the time I entered the restaurant there was a loud beeping going. After 10 min. I asked for my drink, beeper still going on (see the video). After 20 min. I went up to ask where was my chicken BLT? Beeper still going on. As I went up the last time, ready to walk out, I saw an employee with her open cash drawer, counting out the cash, inches away from the open pans of food. There’s no way that’s supposed to be happening up there (see video). And, the beeper was still going on.
A man game and sat down and spoke loudly to employee and told her what he wanted.Ten minutes later she brought it to him. I never saw him pay for it. Yup yep, beeper on. At 4:39 I got my BLT. Beeper! When I went outside there only four cars in the window line.
When I opened my sandwich it was an overcooked spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Inedible. I don’t know who was the line supervisor there today, but he shouldn’t be a leader again.
