Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Modesto

Why does it seem like every YouTuber online has a ton of more old world pepperoni on their pizza than mine?? I got gypped. It tastes and feels like a regular pepperoni pizza. Meh... Also I ordered online and followed instructions, arrived at estimated time, just in time for them to put into pickup box that requires code. Online it says to wait for code email. I wait for 5 minutes for email with code. Nothing... People come in and order and get pizza right away while I was still waiting for my email lol. Finally just asked the front girl to get me the pizza. Then ten minutes later I got code email and I found that the code is the same as the confirmation code on receipt. I think they need to reconsider their online ordering...

The employee that took my order was very rude. We walked in and he told us that since he was closing in 8 minutes he'll only give us what he had out. I thought I'd go in and be able to choose from a wide variety of options, but that was not the case. After only being given the bare minimum of what they had we took it home and it was horrible. The pizza was very thin and undercooked, there wasn't that much sauce. There was very little pepperonis on the pepperoni pizza. The dough was also very very dry. I wasn't expecting the BEST quality service but I was a paying customer so I should've been treated better than I was. I also shouldn't have been served a half ass made pizza. I used to love this location for their pizza. But since the new remodeling, they replaced the whole staff which also made the pizza suck. I wish the old staff was back. I used to only go to this specific location even if Roundtable, Papa John's, Papa Murphy's, or Mountain Mike's were more convenient . Their pizza was that good. Now I am so disappointed with how nasty their crappy cardboard pizza is, I don't go there anymore. The last time I was there I preordered a pizza without onions. When I came to pick it up, I noticed onions were in it and the young guy making it picked the onions out with his fingers(no glove) and handed the pizza to me....
