Went to drive through for a late night run. Ordered on app, purchased 1 quarter pounder meal, a 2 cheeseburger meal with nuggets deal, and 1 vanilla cone. Son purchased a vanilla cone on his app as well. We get to window. Get handed out food, of course I check it. Let the employee know they forgot our razberry freeze that came with quarter pounder meal. They bring that. Then I let them know they also forgot the vanilla cones, he brings one to me. I said I purchased one with my order on the app and my son got one with his. So we got 2. Employee went and printed receipts and brought them to me and said the receipts only say 1. I pulled up the receipt on my app and showed him. He said their was nothing more he could do to contact customer support on the app. To which I said all this over 1 vanilla cone, he said yea. I said wait so I just paid for something I'm not going to get. He then shut the window on me and walked off. Upon me getting home after being extremely mad about the experience. I look at the receipt and at the bottom it clearly states 1 vanilla cone. So I heed his advice on contacting customer support and we will see where it goes from here. And all I wanted was a freaking ice cream and to get what I paid for. Is that too much to ask. And to top it off with my meal I asked for BBQ sauce and they gave me ranch. Way to put a cherry...
Read moreI was treated like a convict for ordering a coffee.I went to the 1800Prescott Mod #2707 location.When receiving my drinks I noticed that I did not receive my large hot coffee that I ordered at the drive up,I preceded to look at my receipt & noticed that it wasnt put on.I told the guy at the window, who happened to be the manager Victor & he told me that Since i already am receiving food that i will have to reorder & drive to the back of the line which had 3 cars behind me.I told him that the woman did not put it on the tab & that it was just 1 hot coffee. He rudely looked at me & told me that I need to go to the back or he would call the police on me & he is not going to ring my card at the register.Shocked I say that its just 1 coffee which was already ordered but not added & that i wasnt moving my car until i received my coffee.He then called his worker over who then began to call the police.I drove away angry & frustrated that i could not get a coffee for my husband who is working night during this covid crisis&who now was about to be late for work due to spending almost 20 mins at mcdonalds .I will never eat at mcdonalds again & i would like a full refund & a apology from the rudest incompetent & laziest manager on...
Read moreThere was a young lady working here today and she was so nice and cordial to the customers. I don't do fast food often so it's a treat to have breakfast at McDonald's. Anyway the young lady noticed that I hadn't completely finished my order after placing it on the kiosk. She came right up to me and helped me completely finish ordering and brought my food to my table. She kept the lobby clean, she washed her hands in between task. She was everything that a customer service worker should be without kissing a**. She was genuine and everybody in that lobby could feel the love. Moreover, there was an older couple sitting in the both behind me and they were very chatty and friendly. While still working, she and the couple had a quick conversation about life and the display of human kindness was refreshing to see and hear. The man was walking out the door still talking and laughing and it made me feel all cozy and warm emotionally so I had to share it with the world. Being a former McDonald's employee I know the training and the work that is expected and she was all that and more. 5 stars...
