Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mokena

I stop by this Dunkin’ regularly, and it’s become one of my favorite spots for a quick coffee or breakfast when I’m on the go. It’s clean, reliable, and—best of all—it has one of the fastest drive-thrus I’ve experienced in the area.

Atmosphere

The store itself is always neat and organized. Whether I walk in or use the drive-thru, I notice that the staff keeps the place in good shape. It’s not a sit-down café, but for a fast breakfast or coffee stop, the environment is clean and functional.

Service

The staff here are consistently friendly and professional. I’m always greeted with a smile, and they take the time to double-check orders, even during busy hours. There was one occasion where a cashier seemed a bit short, but that was a rare exception. Most of the time, the team is upbeat, polite, and quick.

Fast Drive-Thru

The drive-thru at this location is impressively fast. Even during peak morning hours, the line moves quickly. They clearly know how to manage volume efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. I’ve pulled in with five or six cars ahead of me and still had my order in hand within five minutes. The speaker system is clear, they repeat the order to confirm, and by the time I get to the window, everything is usually ready to go. It’s smooth, quick, and reliable—perfect for when I’m commuting or in a rush.

Food & Coffee

Their coffee is consistently good. I usually get either a hot latte or iced coffee, and it always tastes fresh and is made just right. As for food, I stick to the wake-up wraps or the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. They’re warm, flavorful, and satisfying. I’ve had a donut once or twice that seemed a little dry, and one sandwich came a bit smashed, but nothing that would stop me from ordering again.

i am never one to post actual reviews here on google ever, but this actually drove me mad. i went thru the drive thru after work at around 4:10pm on may 22 (today) and had the worst service i’ve ever had here (which says a lot cause i normally do not have great experiences here in general). so i pulled up to the drive thru, ordered my latte and donut, got to the window, was given my latte and noticed that it was nearly white in color. so when they opened the window again to give me my bagel i asked kindly if they could remake the drink because it tasted purely of milk (too much was clearly put in). the girl immediately gave me attitude and explained that “if we don’t put enough milk in, then you’ll just have less of your drink”. i could tell she was just trying to get me to drive off without her remaking it. after going back and forth for a couple seconds i finally said “i just want less milk, it’s fine if there will be less of the total drink” and she grabbed my cup and rolled her eyes at me while turning to go hand it off to a different person so another person could remake it (so she wasn’t even the one who was in charge of remaking it and was still giving me attitude???). she came back and handed me the remade drink and i drove off. i absolutely hate going to this dunkin as it is because the service here is usually never good, and the one time i do go here i have eyes rolled at me. do...

Be sure never to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts anytime after 930 pm . They close at 10 but if you happen to arrive there at 9:31 or after actually anytime before 9 o’clock they treat you differently. This happened more than one time, but tonight was the worst time. On the speaker, the girl had a very rude tone and told me she threw all the donuts away for the night. She also turned off all her ovens for the night and all her machines are down for the night. When I got to the window she started to roll her eyes and mumble saying all sorts of things I asked her if she was OK and I apologised for coming later. She wanted to punch me for coming to the window so late I mean I’m sorry you guys close at 10 pm.
