I don't know when I walk in what kind of mood from the front line I will get. Moved herethe 2nd week of June from OK and the Monona Chipotle is closest. We were telling the workers we happy Chipotle was here and close to us. They were very uninterested. It wasn't busy at all. Checking out the girl volunteers she don't even know where Oklahoma is??? I was floored. Food was OK made right. The second visit we asked if they knew where Oklahoma was. Just going to say our youth needs to take a geography class. One guy got all snippy and asked if I knew where Guam was. Duh. I asked for 2 tortillas on the side. The kid lifted the tortillas warmer up and looked weird at it I tried to see if I could see what the deal was but too far away. Got it home and I had extra protein I didn't want. A smashed fly. Shame on him for serving that. He knew. Wasn't going to write about went in the next time and the Mgr she was nice. Wouldn't be writing about it but tonight the girl helping was a beast! She tried to charge me for the guacamole on the side 3x. Youbget guacamole with a veggie bowl. I put mine on the side so I can reheat it. I nicely told her that it comes with the veggie bowl. She picked up the container slammed it down and said it was extra the guy said it wasn't and her dude went from 50 to 100. Complete with eye rolls. I was joking and said I live there practically and should get a job there. I asked the guy wasn't I nice he's like yeah. Asked for the reciept she turned around and walked away. What?????there was an issue with the quest dillards to she snapped at my 10 year old granddaughter. Turned to leave because I wanted to snap.Got home was eating and I found something in my food. Not sure what it is.i go to Chipolte 2x to 3x a week but I think I'm done. Between the attitude and foreign objects in my food.5 visits since the 2nd week of June and only visit no issues. Really sad I can eat with our families diet. Protein and we can eat for diabetes and kidney disease. I will be spending my money elsewhere and hopefully no more foreign objects or...
Read moreStopped for lunch, my first time at this location. Entirely unimpressed. First, the entire place feels cramped so when dining in you'll have others practically on top of you. Metal tables and tiled walls along with an unfinished ceiling made it especially noisy. The dining area was filthy - every table or seat had a mess on it. It appears they are understaffed and possibly not that motivated, otherwise the dining area would be receiving the clean-ups it deserves. We were 3rd in line and it took a long time to even get to the counter to order. Our food was made quickly but the staff was quite unfriendly. My order was dinged $1.45 for a splash of queso blanco on a bowl that is already over $11. A side of chips with queso blanco was a waste of money. The chips were oversoaked in oil making them taste stale and old (oh, for some real chips from Pasqual's!) and a much too small cup of cheese. To finish it off, companion encountered a nice big chunk of gristle in her bowl. This location has a LOT to improve on and we won't be returning...
Read moreJust tried out the new Chipotle in our area and I have to say, the food was amazing! Everything tasted really fresh, and the Al Pastor Chicken was a standout. It had just the right amount of kick to it, making each bite exciting. I also discovered their Berry drink, which I can't recommend enough - it's so good!
While the food was impressive, the only downside is the interior space. It's quite cramped, with not much room to walk between things. It feels like a downtown location you'd find in a big city, not exactly what I expected on a street corner in the suburbs.
That being said, I appreciate that they have a drive-thru option, which makes it a lot more convenient for those days when you're in a hurry or don't feel like navigating the tight space inside. Overall, I'll definitely be back for more tasty meals, and I'm looking forward to trying out...
