Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Monroe

They clearly have curbside posted park spaces, however Online does not allow curbside. I called to place my order and requested curbside he said yes absolutely!… I said are u ready for my card number he said it was broken but would be working by the time I got to store. I asked if I could still do curbside and he said yes because they bring the card reader out to the car. When I arrived nobody ever came out. I struggled my 8mo pregnant self inside and they said they weren’t coming out because I had not paid. I asked to speak to the person I placed my order with and apparently he doesn’t even work at a store he is an operator!! My review isn't based on the quality of the food however, its based on being deceived of Domino's 2 minute guarantee. I ordered carside delivery and per the website, if your order isn't at your car within 2 mins, you'll receive a free pizza. When I was advised by the tracker that my order was ready, I allowed a few mins before I started the timer as a courtesy. As soon as the timer got to 0:38 the timer was stopped on Domino's end. I didn't receive my order until 2 mins later. To make matters worse, when the cashier brought out my order (6 pizzas), he handed them to me and walked away without ensuring that I had hold of them and I almost dropped them. I'm assuming he wanted to make a quick getaway before I mentioned the timer was paused and I was cheated out of...

Tonight I was hungry and undecided what I wanted. I decided to call Domino's and I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of John. I just wanted to say he was one of the nicest gentleman, and best phone manners I've had in a long time. When I arrived to get the pizza, The atmosphere in the store was definitely escalated by his presence. Everyone was smiling and having a great time. The gentleman that waited on me at the counter turned out to be John. I was blown away on how super friendly, funny and a genuine concern for customer service that he displayed. Now I'm home I'm eating my pizza and it is absolutely amazing. I give John and the Monroe Domino's location a superior rating. Service like that deserves recognition. Can't wait to visit this store...
