I was in here about 4 pm today (Tuesday) & the girl who helped me was just the sweetest! I had credit to get a Kendra Scott necklace & It took me thirty minutes to decide on which one I liked. The girl helping me never lost her patience and was very kind. She was so helpful that I ended up buying two necklaces! I really appreciated the amazing customer service. My husband bought me a $100 GC last Christmas. I used some of it soon after and came back to use it again. Well, they got rid of that system so they don’t accept those cards. Really? I’m still shocked. When I said - so all that money’s just gone? She said yea. Wth?
