I Hope the owner sees this message as it is a privately owned establishment. I was there this morning at 6/6/25 - I was outside in the car waiting for someone to take my order. No one came and cars were backing up in back of me so I went in to order. Originally I was going to order an avocado toast but seeing the line and the frantic girls in the back I made my order a large coffee and a donut. There were three girls back there. Ashley - who is lovely and two other girls. It is NOT fair to have 3 people on a main strip during morning rush hour and expect them to do drive through, phone in and standing in line orders. You at least need one other person to manage the cash register and let the other girls do the cars and the phone in orders. They were yelled out (one man told them they SUCKED and that he would never come back) - I honestly have always had great service here and you absolutely need to get a college kid who is home to help you!! Your DD and the Newtown DD are usually awesome. Please get the help your ladies need so that Ashley isn't running around with her head off the charts and the other girls losing it as well - at least for the morning hours. I am a retailer as well and small business owner - and it pained me to see people getting frustrated and your girls getting verbal abuse. I am sure there are people that would take a job even...
Read moreI've been to this place tons of times out of pure convenience and have finally decided to never go again. I order via the app so that there is no way to get confused. On many occasions they'd just get everything wrong. I've even ordered hot chocolate and they gave me coffee instead.
The last straw was when I ordered something via the app and got there and they didn't have it (the espresso machine was broken....again). No big deal I thought I'll just ask for my money back and be on with my day. Since I paid via the app I figured they could just give me the cash and that's that. The manager wasn't there so they had to call. The manager would not let them open the drawer because they were gone. First they wanted me to wait on the drive through while they tried to fix the machine. After about 10 min or that they then asked if I wanted to come back the next day to get my refund. THE NEXT DAY?! I had to argue for 15 min in the drive through just to finally get my money back!! To top it all off when I got home I found out they got other drink wrong.
Like I said, I am never going there again. I'll take the extra 10 min and drive up the road to...
Read moreI’ve visited here a couple times now, considering I live down the road in Newtown. Every single time they seem to get my (very simple) order wrong, and always have an attitude about it. Today I decided to try a coffee off their board, which had pumpkin and whipped cream. She wouldn’t even reach out to grab my money and dropped half of my change while giving me it, but I didn’t think much of it; everyone makes mistakes! They gave me a regular coffee and I asked if that was the one supposed to be with whipped cream because I was genuinely curious, and the blonde older lady at the drive thru immediately gave me attitude and interrupted me telling me “No. You didn’t ask for that. No.” and to which i said I thought I did but that’s fine. She continued to have an attitude with a customer in the store, and interrupted her when she was trying to order as well.
