Hardee’s — Restaurant in Monroe

This is the second time I've gone to Hardee's recently after not being there for a long time just because of the terrible service and cleanliness. The sign said under new management, so I thought I would give it a try. I walked up after parking and the girl at the drive-through yelled out the window and said it's Drive-through only. I said why is it "only drive-through because when you want biscuits and gravy it's not a good drive-through item." When I ask why the dining room wasn't open, she said because the manager isn't here. I said the sign says under new management." I got it and the food was OK sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a biscuit and gravy that had sausage in it. Today I went to Monroe And it happened to be a fall festival there today. Traffic was just what you expect during a fall festival. Hardee's parking lot was almost full. I parked and walked up And once again, only the drive-through was open, I asked why it was only the drive-through today and the girl said there was just too many people Coming in and if they had to wait, they had attitude. I just wonder what the owner of that business would've thought that they closed it because they had too many customers. And I was the only one to drive-through and I could see people inside just standing around on their phones. I really believe this Hardies should close this spot would be an idea place for a real business. I have lived in this area 35 years, and this Hardies has always been the same. When you walk up the windows look dirty. It's very unkempt and really is just an eyesore in the downtown area. Hardees just give up and let us have a business that cares about...

I love Hardees so much! This location is so funny and has become predictable in such a funny way. I've been living in the area for 5 years, and I go to Hardees at least every 2 weeks because it's my favorite fast food

This place, each and every single time, and I mean EVERY time, I've been pulled up and had things missing from the bag. EVERY time. Like I'm not exaggerating. I've never been handed food through the window before, and I'm always missing food or sauce. It's become a game in my house. We will make bets over what they're gonna forget to put in the bag. Lol or we'll be like, "okay, so this is just a single burger and a medium fry. It's not a lot. There's no way we'll be pulled up." AND WE ARE. EVERY TIME! lol

I'm not angry. I worked in fast food before and I understand the struggle. For real, though, this location genuinely owes me like $150 total. I never call and let them know because I always forget to go pick up my food they left out, but the few times I have, they're really courteous and promise to replace it.

The people there are all fine. Friendly. The older, skinny black woman is such a sweetheart. She's so accidentally rude. Lol she asked my girlfriend once, "are you pregnant or just hefty?" We were like OMGGGG YOU DON'T ASK THAT!...

Probably the worst Hardees around as far as overall restaurant appearance and the attitudes of the staff. I live nearby and try to go here sometimes for a change from other places. I tried one more time yesterday to give this restaurant another chance as I wanted to try the “new” jumbo chilli dog that was advertised on a flyer I received from Hardees in the mail. I arrived about noon and almost no customers were around. Pulled up to the drive through. The lady on the speaker appearantly had her mic inside her mouth as it was not only very loud, but it was very difficult to understand her. I was going to get the chilli dog in the original bag deal. I requested a double cheeseburger and the chilli dog. To which she said they were out of hot dogs. It took several times of asking her to repeat that for me to understand what she was saying. I told her thank you, I will go somewhere else. I understand it can be difficult to keep supplies on hand, but since I was probably one of the early people for lunch, I was surprised there were no hot dogs. Overall the food here is generally tolerable, but the atmosphere and attitudes are really bad. Won’t be shocked to see this...
