Classic local diner experience. Hot breakfast, good hot coffee.
We had a couple of the breakfast combos and an egg and biscuit. Everything was tasty.
Things were a bit busy and we had to flag down the server for refills, but that was not hard to do.
This is an established local place and there are "stories" that we would love to know. But, we will have to go back and ask. The guitar on the wall, the painted seat backs, even the old TV...seems like there is history and tradition here.
There was plenty of seating and there were little booths outside. Parking was a little limited but adequate.
Only downside was no "real" butter for the biscuit. Good food in a relaxed casual environment.

Stopped by for breakfast on a road trip between Dallas to Fl. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Service was great without any hiccups. The kitchen was quick to prepare food for a party of 7. Might be the best breakfast I’ve had in years and blows most Dallas places out of the water. Did I mention prices? This place is affordable as hell. Cheaper than everything compared to the DFW area. The waitress did advise if we ever go back to try their pie. Saving this for...

My coffee tasted more like hot water than coffee. It didn’t taste bad, just had no taste. My husband ordered the big breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and orange juice because they were out of coke products). The biscuit was swimming in gravy. I asked him how they tasted because it looked good to me. He told me to try it. At first it tasted pretty good but then the herb they used started to take over my mouth, and then that was all I could taste. Overload on the herb! Then, I went to pay...$22.00 and some change...for breakfast. I guess I had sticker shock but I’m not use to paying that much for breakfast. It just wasn’t...
