Local Logic — Restaurant in Monroe

I went last night for cocktails with my daughter in law before attending a local production downtown. . The Bourbon selection is off the charts. Then there’s yet more choice for use in cocktails. Love the vibe and decor. My only recommendation would be to replace the amount of large rectangle tables suitable for big groups, and have more comfy seating conducive to smaller groups. (One table was full with a wedding party admittedly, but aside from that it was mostly groups of two or three.) Just not sure it needs as many of those. We sat at the bar which was fine, but we would have chosen a couch if available. There was live entertainment which again was so good. Perfect match for the atmosphere. ( I can’t abide rock music in a cocktail bar). If there were more couches and cozy armchairs to soften up the room it would be a full 5 stars for me. Great addition...

Came in for a drink on a Thursday night at the end of the evening and so the crowd was quite a bit less than it has been. I was served quickly and I have to say the drink was fantastic. I had a Moscow Mule and it’s one of the best I’ve had in quite some time. I I love the feel of the bar and wait staff was very friendly. Really nice place ,nice staff ,very clean. looks like it would've had great craft cocktail. I was very mistaken. My Mojito was rum with a sweet bottle mix and club soda. If your going to make a Mojito do it from scratch or make your own simple syrup. Switched to a Margarita which was just as bad. It makes me sad. Monroe really needs more good places.
