My experience I sent two flower arrangements on July 18th and the second one July 23rd spending around $200 for 12 dozen Roses twice. unfortunately the quality just wasn't there with a certain florist uptown Monroe and the customer service with one particular person was very unpleasant when returning items Which wasn't expecting knowing my mate talked to a certain employee the night before and said they would make everything right but, it was a different story on the nexts day with a different worker. I was out of town not even in the state of North Carolina but was trying to provide something lovely for my mate on both attempts with pedals florist where they made the arrangements but , receiving them dead flowers brown spots and even blaming the person that picked them up and delivered them saying they left them in the car which they did not! Then claimed the water had been changed with the flowers which has have been three and four times since the first batch in July the 18th it hasn't been a full week and the second arrangement to try to see if it will come out a lot better because I was disappointed about the first arrangement they did for her. Might I add my mate knows how to make a flower arrangements last for 4 weeks sometimes more. Nevertheless I gave my business to another florist in Monroe North Carolina which was August Lily because the employee stated that I should take my business that's elsewhere next time very unprofessional . I gave the most respect and talking with the individual and even said mistakes do happen simply could be replaced over.. she was more interested in being combative with me then accommodating while my mate was on the phone listening. Eventually she decided to do a refund when one of her other workers opened up their cell phone and showed her my mate did have communication with an individual that said they would replace and redo arrangements. All I can say a very unpleasant experience knowing that my mate has had other floral arrangements for her grandmother's funeral provided by this florist. We were getting overwhelmed by other shops prices and restrictions, but upon meeting the folks here they made it so easy. They wanted to give us the best they could within our budget and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. The flowers at our wedding were gorgeous, and people kept talking about them and how beautiful all of the pieces were. We really wanted the wildflower, eclectic look and they captured our vision so perfectly. My bouquet was truly stunning. If we have a need for a large quantity of flowers in the future we’ll definitely come back to them. Highly recommend!
