Monroe Florist delivered a red poinsettia plant to my 90-year-old mother on December 19, 2023. The plant was a gift from her organization. The same florist had delivered a beautiful white poinsettia arrangement from the same organization to her the previous year so we expected the same quality and beauty. However, there was a noticeable difference in the quality and beauty of the plant she received this year and the organization paid $85.39, including delivery and tax, for this disappointing plant.

The attached photographs of the red poinsettia were taken on December 20, 2023, one day after the plant was delivered. As you can see, the leaves and the petals are wilted. This is even though the plant is not dry. The arrangement from last year lasted over a month, but this year's plant did not even last a week.

I want to greatly thank Monroe Florist for there professionalism and their fast delivery. After another florist canceled on me 2 hrs before my wife's birthday celebration I was lost and heart broken. You know a husband can receive a handful if your wife doesn't receive a gift from you. Just when I was feeling hopeless and called all different florist in 3 nearby towns Monroe Florist stepped In and saved the day. Not only did they take time to hear me vent. They were courteous they took the extra step to deliver the flowers just in time. I was not able to be there but my wifes happiness In her voice made my day. Monroe florist hands down is the best. This florist shop did a very good job. They ordered special flowers on request, and their arrangement was particularly artful and really beautiful. Their designer was quite talented, and I was on a mid-priced budget.

Unlike some other florists I have dealt with over time, they actually listened to me and did what I asked. Having ordered flowers remotely from various shops around the U.S., this was one of the nicest-looking bouquets I have ever seen.
