The last time that I went to this place I went through the drive thru. I was in the middle of making my order, I had already told the guy on the intercom what I wanted to eat and that I wanted a one of those charamel salt frappe drinks they have, and he told me that they don't make those at night and instead of giving me options he clicks over to another driver that pulled up and ignores my order completely. He didn't even put it into the computer at all. I try to ask him what they do have for drinks and I hear him talking to the other driver on the other intercom and just completely ignores me because that guy is black and I'm white plain and simple.
So I go to pull up at the window and he (the manager) stares at me for like 5 full seconds in silence before asking me, "can I help you? Did you put an order in?" And I answer, "yeah, I said I wanted the chicken sandwich combo with a frappe drink". Then he responds with "oh yeah I told you that we don't make that this late". Then I reply saying, "yeah then I asked you what you are able to make and i hear you talking to the other driver, that pulled up after me, taking hair order". Then he says "yeah you were taking too long". When in reality he didn't give me two seconds to respond before clicking over to the black driver. Black as in African american, not a black colored car, which it was, but the driver was black. So I shake my head at him in disbelief asking if he's serious and he starts laughing at me saying, "yeah". I then tell him "you know what? Don't worry about it I'll take my money somewhere else". He then chuckles and nonchelontly "okay". Completely racist and disrespectful I will never go back here. Read moreSo the line was extremely long and no one was using the self check out machines. We placed our order and took a table stand with our number. We waited for 15 minutes. No more people in the line. Then I heard ticket numbers being yelled from the counter. Well those numbers shortly surpassed the number on my receipt. I walked over to the counter to ask the status of my order...I was ignored for another 5 minutes while I stood at the empty counter. There were 2 men behind me asking for help but also being ignored. When a supervisor walked past, I told her those 2 gentlemen were looking for stuff that was out of stock on the self serve counter and I wanted the status of my order. She said "you need to sit down. The table number knows when you're sitting due to GPS"... Will that didn't settle well with me because I'm wasn't born yesterday... She should have told me that it activates when it's sitting on a table in the dining area. She turned and walked away from me. The worst part is, there was who I assumed to be the owner talking business and sales with some other guy and was oblivious to the terrible service being offered. And my order wasn't even correct when it got to me... Missing all coffees and one entree. Very disappointed in this branch. It's never really great, but this time was ridiculous. Read moreThis is not the first time I have visited this location and they have gotten my order wrong but needless to say it will be my last. I called twice with no answer after getting home and realizing that again my order was completely wrong. I called corporate hoping they would at least if not refund my order hopefully send me comp cards for the three missing meals but got nothing. I received a call from a corporate representative but because of a weak signal the call was dropped. I tried to call the number back but got no answer and when I called back again to leave a message a week later all I received was a letter from the regional manager apologizing for the mishap but no compensation for all the money I paid for food I didn’t receive. I am beyond disappointed and will Not visit Any more McDonald’s locations since I feel they stole my hard earned money for no reason. I still have my receipt for principals sake in case they ever call but I doubt they will. This place is awful and the service is even worse. Corporate obviously didn’t care to make this right and they have lost a customer for sure. I will continue to let All my friends and family know to stay far away from any McDonald’s locations since they don’t seem to care for their customers.
