We will never visit this location again. Stopped for something quick on Mother's Day as we were driving. Pulled into a spot, pushed the button to order, 7 minutes later, a woman comes over the speaker saying, "Drive thru only." We go to the drive thru, where we wait about 5 minutes to place our order. Approaching the window to pay, we wait a few more minutes to have the girl working the window tell us "no motts." After realizing that means they are out of cheese sticks. (We didn't want the fries with the sandwich) so we were paying more to have cheesesticks. Okay, let's get tots then. Obviously, the next question for this girl is the difference in price and getting something else, so she didn't need to worry about refunds. The girl states fries are more expensive than the cheesesticks. I quickly realized this would go absolutely nowhere! She hands the bag of food, I quickly check it as I have a pick eater, and she wanted her sandwich plain - it was not made as it was ordered and on the receipt. It had a huge splat of mayo on it. I informed the girl of the issue, another woman comes to the window and says, "What's the problem with the burger?" Well, it's a chicken sandwich, and it should be plain. She walks away, frustrated. We wait a couple of minutes and receive another sandwich. Ok, great. Thanks, and have a great day. We pull into a parking spot to eat, and the chicken sandwich looks like they dropped it back in the fryer to get the mayo off and threw it on a refrigerated bun! Everything from start to finish was bad! I tried to stay positive and think maybe someone called off as it was Mother's Day... but this was just horrible. I can understand not having a product, but being rude and giving horrible service/ attention to make this right , I can not understand that!

   Read moreFirst off let me say I love Sonic and it pains me to write this review I am not happy as I've been to this establishment twice both times my order was messed up both times I ordered the same thing I ordered a large non-salt fry both times my fries had salt what are the times the fries were even half full management wants to sit there and get suspicious because both times I've had the same issues it's not my fault you only have one car hop working and the orders are getting messed up left and right I was sitting there in a stall trying to confirm my order the application kept telling me invalid stall number and the person next to me had to send their food back because their order wasn't even right now like I said I hate writing this review because this is one of my favorite places but you're going to sit there and get suspicious of me because I've been here twice and both times my orders been messed up if it ain't the sandwich being cold or the fries being salted when they're supposed to be non salted or my drink being absolutely soda water and nasty because you guys just replaced the cartridge and didn't say nothing like come on get it together I hope corporate sees this review and to the manager with the glasses that is a guy next time don't get suspicious of your customer because the customer's always right also it's not good to have an employee walking back from the garbage can with a cigarette in his hand knowing that he's about to go back into a restaurant to...
   Read moreWe stop here periodically to get my daughter a treat. She likes the mozzarella sticks and enjoys the cheeseburger. Problem is, the last three visits the order hasn't been correct. The other major issue is that they forget to include condiments. This wouldn't be a deal breaker if the car hop spaces were open and you could bring this to your server's attention, but they're not. Only the drive thru is open. Out of courtesy to those waiting behind you, it's impossible to go through your entire order to verify that you have everything so you do a quick look over only to discover that you have nothing to dip your mozzarella sticks in after you've driven away. When this food is for your kid, those of us with kids know what kind of problem this presents. I'm not really a fast food kind of girl so the only reason I come here is for a drink, their Cherry Limeade to be specific. This last year has been really disappointing because apparently you can no longer get limes or cherries in your drinks, due to covid I'm guessing, which really is a shame considering that's what makes the drink. If this is the reason for the deviation, tell your customers that items aren't available instead of allowing them to order things, like Cherry Limeades WITH limes and cherries, only to discover they haven't been included.
