The store had four workers there that I observed. Three were at the front counter area and one was bringing in a huge garbage can to set on the hallway side across the general area of the bathroom. The drive-thru was a bit busy. There was no line inside so there really should not have been a long wait. It took close to five minutes before they even took my order and I had to wait quite a while before I got my order. They were too busy with their drive-thru to even attend to front counter. Basically, the way I observed it is that they understaffed themselves at that specific location on Saturday, July 1, 2023. I went to use the bathroom there and the hallway floor to the bathroom was cluttered on one side with products. When you are at the front they have a donation area where things were placed in garbage bags that looked like they came out of the dumpster because the white garbage bags had stains all over them as if someone took a cup of coffee and poured it on top of them. The place looks junky, littered and dirty at least to me. The area where they place to go orders also looked filthy. Once I got done there I left quickly because they have a dirty atmosphere. No store should be placing packages of baby diapers in garbage bags at their front counters. If you were going to do donations things like baby diapers in garbage bags should have been in a storage room. It looks horrid at least to me and looks like a dumpster pile the way you have it right now. The store definitely needs a thorough cleaning. Gordon Ramsay probably would have flagged the place. I do not say what I say lightly either. Your staff is friendly and respectful, but your store looks like a pig's pen to me. This is my personal opinion based upon my observations. Read moreI love the workers here. They are so friendly and accommodating. My main complaint is the taste of the coffee. No matter whether I get it hot or cold, the espresso drinks never taste like espresso. It tastes like flavored milk. Even altering the milk and ice and everything else upon ordering, I still can't taste the espresso. Maybe it's the barista in me.. but it is just too much milk and flavor, it is completely disguising the coffee flavor :( this is the closest place to get coffee on my lunch break, so I order from here often with hopes it'll be different each time. The prices are way too high for what you are actually getting. If you are a coffee connoisseur, please look to support a local coffee shop. You will get better quality espresso for a better price.
I also noticed when I order decaf, it either isn't actually decaf or it isn't entirely decaf. I never have issues with any other decaf beans I've used, or any other establishments that offer decaf. But their decaf gives me anxiety and the shakes - which is the reason I stopped drinking caffeine to begin with.
Lastly, they have hardly any food and snack options! Everything is always out of stock. I know it isn't their fault, but fair warning. The app doesn't always show what is out of stock. But they accommodate to make up for the price if you order something online that they don't have when you go to pick it up, which I appreciate!

Read moreI used to go to this Starbucks EVERY DAY, to the point where when I started my order the woman would recognize my voice and knew what I wanted. After multiple issues in a row I stopped going completely (time to get through drive through, order something in one size and when you get to the window they are handing you a different size, consistency issues - drink is different depending which team member makes it). Yesterday (Wednesday) I pulled into the drive through (maybe 12 cars in there) not as long as it usually is. Normally if the drive through is backed up to the front it is still only 15-20 minutes. 8:27 was the time and I work 2 minutes away, Not only did they yet again not have the drink I wanted (Sugar Cookie Latte which is advertised everywhere but they did tell Me while I was ordering so I picked something random) but I didn't get my drink and egg bites till 9:05, my food was ready before the drink and the woman at the window rolled her eyes when I politely asked her if it was going to be much longer because I am now late for work and its been over a half hour in a drive through for coffee??? I have never seen so much inconsistency with a Starbucks or chain business ever. They are randomly close all the time, never have everything in stock to make advertised drinks.
