Honestly, I’m surprised anyone likes these cookies.

I’m giving Crumbl two stars for the gimmick of it: a late-night cookie shop with a rotating cast of cookie flavors that changes weekly. The cute minimalist branding, the slim pink boxes, the order kiosk, the clean and bright appearance… certainly, they are doing something right. But I’m afraid everything after this falls flat.

We walked in on a Friday night at about 9 p.m., after a Marshall’s stop. No customers. One came in after us. But it was pretty dead. We used the kiosk since it was easy and more informative, granting us a moment to make a decision. We ordered and paid at the kiosk, purchasing 4 different cookie flavors. This was $15.95 + tax. Nearly $4 per cookie.

This was our second stop. The first time we stopped through, there were only two of the weekly six cookie flavors that sounded interesting. This time, there were three, so we thought we’d give it a go.

After ordering, the cookies were ready within a minute of two—super quick! In the meantime, we got to stand there (in the very small pickup area) and watch the three employees work. It was a little Wonka-esque. Ha!

But for as homemade/just-made as these cookies seemed, nothing about their flavor tasted like it. They were just a sugary dump of predictability: no complexity or real distinct flavors. Totally over the top. Sure, they were soft and warm and definitely “crumbly (as one broke apart when I picked it up and it landed in my car’s center console. Eek!). BUT they were way too sweet and lacking any depth. Though the four cookies were very different in style, they all tasted quite similarly.

Anyway, I realize things like this are a matter of taste. People seem to like the cookies, right? So, yeah, I’d give it a try… if for nothing else than the experience. But you can get a lot more for $4 than one sugar bomb...

Went here because my daughter had been seeing a bunch of ads for it on social media and I had never heard of it so we figured let's go try.

In terms of ordering experience it's pretty straight forward as you place your order on one of two computers they have and then step aside and wait for your name to be called.

In regards to the space itself it was bright and pleasing to look at and clean.

Let's talk about the cookies, now taste is of course subjective but I found the cookies to taste good, not the best I have ever had but pretty good.

Now the following is going to again be subjective but to me the cookies are too under done, my kids liked that raw cookie dough feeling and texture but I would have liked them to have been a bit more firm. I had thought it was because they were fresh that they were so soft but even after a few hours at home to cool the cookies where still very much undercooked and infact my one definitely had some raw dough in the middle. My wife and kids through loved this fact so again this might be amazing if you like a cookie like that or it might be a turn off if you like a done and crumbly cookie.

Your paying for the hype and agressive marketing this company does, a dozen was nearly $50 dollars and they are not worth that to me, again subjective, but I have had better cookies at a local famous bakery in Oakmont for significantly less and with equal/better quality.

Honestly this place reminds me of when Krispy Cream came to town and the experience of getting a hot and fresh donut was new and exciting but after a while you came to realize that while it was a good donut it was not anything special and this place feels the same but...

Absolutely awesome experience! I had been eager to try Crumbl after hearing my sister rave about it in California. It was exciting to have open so close to where I live.

My husband and I came to visit, there was a line out the door which surprised me. However staff was extremely friendly and the process of ordering was streamlined in that we didn't end up waiting an excess amount of time. The interior was very clean, I liked ordering on the Kiosk so I could see better what they had in stock. My husband and I ended up trying one of each cookie they had offered.

I loved that the cookies were given to us fresh, it took no time at all to get our order. We sat in the car to enjoy them warm, and they were far better than I anticipated! They were gooey, warm, rich and HUGE! We each took a few bites and were completely full just from that. Great to have such a large size to keep and nibble on for the upcoming weeks. Even the next day they taste great! My personal favorite was the Pink Velvet, the creamcheese frosting was amazing! I hope to see more cookies with that frosting in the future.

Really looking forward to visiting again, loved everything about...

I live in the DC suburbs and we have many Crumbl Cookie locations in this area. Every single one that I have been to is great, so when I saw there was finally one in Monroeville, I decided to order some for my sisters birthday. Delivery was on time to, the cookies were packed well, looked great, and she thought they tasted amazing. I will def visit this location the next time I am in Pittsburgh and will continue to use them whenever I need to send a loved one in the area a special gift or treat. A Couple Things to Know: *Crumbl changes the menu weekly, so you will always get to try something new. You can see the new menu every Sunday night. *Milk Chocolate Chip is always on the menu. *They are closed on Sunday's. *If you missed cookies from the previous week, sometimes if you come in early on Monday, they will have left over batter from the previous week and can make you those cookies. It never hurts to ask. *Use the Crumbl App to place your orders for delivery instead of Door Dash or other food delivery apps. You will earn points towards Crumbl Cash that you can use on future orders.

What a lovely place. The customer area is very small and I'm not sure how busy it gets. We were there on a Saturday morning and there was no line. You order and pay at a computer or you can order at the counter. I wish they had a cookie counter where you could look and pick but this way the whole process is quick. We got the mini cookie variety box and we loved them all, even the chocolate chip cookie was better than many others I've had. They were all delicious but I loved the preach pie one particularly. They are soft and buttery and delicious. The box was 13$, a bit more expensive per cookie but worth it once in a while. You can buy single cookies and large cookies too. The staff was nice and kind and the kitchen area was kept clean and tidy. If you are in the area check it out because it's worth it.
