April 8, 2024. DEL TACO IS CLOSED @ 6:25pm. All doors locked. Drove to Burger King.

April 4, 2024: Ordered a small burger with guacamole, no cheese. My receipt said 2 scoops. I got maybe 1/2 teaspoon mixed with lettuce. I did not get 2 scoops that I paid for. What size is their scoop? 1/4 teaspoon x 2? I did not ask it to be mixed with shredded lettuce. Awful just awful. ONLY ORDER GUACAMOLE ON THE SIDE. Do not let them mix 1/2 teaspoon with lettuce. And Joanne or Joanna hates her job. She was not polite. She needs to not work with the public in my opinion.

April 1, 2024: Outside trash cans are full and over flowing. How is that possible?

March 8, 2024. Thank you to management for a dollar off coupon for review below. Now today, the man cleaning the grounds is very rude. I tried to talk to him about trash he missed under my car when I pulled out and he was angry I bothered him. It’s not necessary for him to be rude. So after only being here for maybe 20 minutes he refused to walk back and pick up the trash. So the trash will sit and make Del Taco look ugly. Ya might want another Gardner or Grounds keeper.

Waited in the drive thru as 7 cars ahead of me and after repeating my order at the window and after paying, I drive off and guess what? My order is wrong. Why? Now I am back in line and 8 cars ahead of me. My time is valuable but obviously that is not important to Del Taco. No respect. So who made the mistake and why? Obviously the Manager does not have a good trained...

I always go to this particular Del Taco but tonight they made my fish tacos terrible! My daughter ordered 3 beer battered fish tacos with extra secret sauce for me and that's what I get all the time because I love their fish tacos! The tacos are made with the beer battered fish, secret sauce and pico del gallo, and put into corn tortillas but I don't get pico del gallo I get mines with just tomatoes. Well this particular night they made them with shredded lettuce and put them in flour tortillas! I did not enjoy them at all! The cabbage and the corn tortillas is what makes them complete and makes taste so good along with the fish and the secret sauce! I was so disappointed! We took them back to let them know that they put lettuce instead of cabbage and the guy told us "oh we ran out of cabbage!" I was so pissed and I just took them and went back home only to discover that they were in flour tortillas! I was so damn mad because I went to the store to buy some shredded cabbage to put in the place of the lettuce only to find out they were in flour tortillas! I didn't even enjoy them at all! I felt that they could've told us that they ran out of cabbage and they should've asked if we still wanted them made with the lettuce and...

My friend and I went to have dinner on a Sunday about 3 weeks ago and the doors were locked we wanted to sit inside and have a dinner and we were going to eat their burritos my friend said they were really good anyway worst experience ever the doors are locked you can walk in so we go to the drive-thru window and we asked what's going on a young lady Anglo was there and she would not answer us she wouldn't come to the window finally she did and we couldn't really hear her she was very very rude one of the worst experience ever and she opened the window we couldn't hear her my friend kind of got the window to slide and more open cuz we couldn't hear and she slam the window on his hand like fingers what an answer us worst experience ever I will never ever go there I feel my son by Sir tacos there's a driest thing ever on tasty so I rather go to Taco Bell worst experience ever we were a threat were like in our 70s 50s what thread are we we were dressed nice we were going to dinner never ever...
