Mamma's Juicery — Restaurant in Monrovia

Great smoothies. Would have enjoyed them more if all employees wore their face masks correctly. Of the 6 employees, 2 had them hanging below their nose; one of them had it below the chin.... Come on! I had to remind the employees about the correct way of wearing their mask....

By the way, the lady in the photo, I saw walking in to the store with her mask on just the way you see it in the photo. I observed as she went from the outside of the store to behind the counter and quickly began to help customers... Not once did she stop to wash her hands... this all happened as I sat outside, after I reminded the employees that they should wear their masks correctly.

Will you get sick from coming here? maybe, maybe not. I'd just like to see more people reporting this type of behavior to remind businesses about the importance of wearing masks and...

In life, much like smoothies, you get what you put in. Mamma’s Juicery is a small fruit smoothie, açaí and juicery bar on Myrtle ave in OldTown Monrovia. They have a wide variety of acai bowls, smoothies and juicery fruits/vegetables. Indoor atmosphere was berry welcoming and organized. Upon entry you almost immediately smell fresh oranges and other fruits. I was warmly greeted by a staff. I ordered their Daily Detox Smoothie. It’s a concoction of kale, spinach, cucumber, lemon, banana, ginger and coconut water. And I loved it. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my order experience and fresh green smoothie. Therefore, I highly recommend this...

Nice variety. Wish less of them had ginger and parsley. But most juice places do that. Ginger and parsley always overpower the other flavors. So I was going to give four stars, but they were very very nice in there. They seemed busy but still were quick, let me have a few samples, and even gave my daughter a little free fresh squeezed oj. So an extra half star for service. I sampled the Aztec (very good), and the watermelon Diablo (not bad, but not for me), and purchased a spicy citrus something (orange, grapefruit, cayenne, etc).
