OK, hate to complain, but the regional management team needs to step in here and either retrain or find new staff. It's mid-day, there is not anyone in line, there is nobody in the drive-thru, three (3) employees tell me "I'll be right with you", the guy is on the drive thru, but like I said, nobody is in the drive thru. The tall girl busy talking to co-worker (on a break) at the far end, after 3 or 4 minutes go buy, she finally realizes I am not going away until I place my order and she takes it. 1 drink and 1 sandwich. They make the drink. They forget the sandwich. Seriously? There was nobody else there in line. It's not like someone else took it. Or someone else had ordered the same thing. They just forgot the moment I paid for it.
Here's the problem:
I like the store, it's a good location. But this crew, send them back to WALMART, hire the kids from TACO BELL, at least they know what fast and polite is. If you doubt any of this please play back the cameras from today around 2 PM, you'll see the whole circus in action (or in-action). You can use it during training on "How not to help a customer who goes to Starbucks twice a day all around the country...". I have seen one person at a busy Starbuck's airport work 10x's faster. There are hard working people out there, please hire them so I can enjoy this...

When someone said the bathroom had no TP he seemed annoyed at being interrupted with his phone conversation, and didnāt bother adding new TP rolls, but just advised the person to use the other bathroom which barely had any TP at all.
