Honestly, their customer service is terrible. It takes multiple calls just to get someone to answer, and even then, the staff seems uninterested in helping. The woman, who I believe is the owner’s daughter, is rude and dismissive, which only adds to the frustration. I didn't expect much but the cake was quite decent, AND the frosting wasn't bad!!! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews.

The cake was soft and slightly moist (not dry!!!). The frosting stuff didn't taste generic and greasy. Nice decoration, display, and overall tasty.

I've tasted a lot of cakes from MANY bakeries, it's almost part of my job; this place is certainly above average. Good job and thanks...
