Went on June 6th to celebrate a friend’s graduation. Had the worst experience thus far at a restaurant. First we were told we told the wait was an hour to an hour and a half, ok no big deal, we knew it was going to be a while since there was a lot of graduates there. We put our name down at 8:40PM and began to wait. Next thing you know, an hour and 45 minutes pass by and nothing. We ended up getting seated around 11PM. Before we were seated they asked us if it was ok for us to sit separate and we clearly said no. We were told they were going to sit us together but they had to clean the table. Waited another 15 minutes before they sat us down. They didn’t sit us together so we asked them why didn’t they sit us together after we had already discussed the situation. The girl that sat us down said she was going to ask what happened and find out if they can move a table in order for us to sit together and walked away. Another five minutes passed and nothing. We had to go back to the front lobby to ask what was going on and they were giving us attitude. They finally came and checked the tables and said they were able to move one of the tables since another party had canceled. Not sure why they didn’t put us together in the first place and sit the other party where they sat us first. By this time everyone was annoyed and hungry. The waitress was at lobby with other employees talking and pointing over to our table and giving us dirty looks. By the time we ordered our drinks, we didn’t have much time to order our food. When the waitress came back with our coasters she was just throwing them as if she was a dealer at a casino. I ordered an old fashion and it did not taste like an old fashion at all, not sure where the bartender learned how to make old fashions but that was not an old fashion at all. Tasted like whiskey with simple syrup and an orange slice to “garnish” the “cocktail.” When we started getting our food, we didn’t have silverware and had to ask for it. Aside from that, we all got our food at different times. It was ten minutes from the time the first plate got to the table to when the last plate of food got to the table. By this time my food was cold (I don’t like eating until everyone has their plate on the table). My broccoli was raw and the chicken was a bit chewy. The best part of my dish was the mashed potatoes. Before we finished eating, the waitress came to give us to go boxes without anyone asking for any, we all felt rushed. While we were getting ready to leave, the people in the kitchen yelled, “tell them to hurry up and get the f*ck out!” I took a deep breath and walked away after paying. By far the worst experience I’ve had at...
Read moreNot a great experience. We went mid afternoon when it was slow. I do not mean to be critical but so many simple things were hard not to notice. First were our drinks. Took a while for 2 waters and a lemonade. I looked around and he had it but instead of giving us the drinks, he went and had a conversation with co worker. Then I went to wash my hands and the trash bin was overflowing with paper towels and paper on the floor. Then came our first round of food. He gave us 3 plates and I had to request another due to old food debris dried on to it. I also needed to request utensils to eat. Waiter never checked up to follow up with us. I had to wave to get his attention and from a distance I had to request a refill because he did not come over. When he saw we were done,he came over. I and we wanted to order dessert. We were not sure what choices were there so I asked for a menu. Instead of giving us a menu , he look dumbfounded. One member of the family just told him something simple he did not have to get the menu. Then he gave us the bill before desert ever arrived. Place the cc card in the folder and he uses his portable cc machine. After, he walked away and just left the bill folder open and the cc just laying around, without a word. Then he returned with the billing receipt to be signed. All this and we did not get our dessert . All the interactions were with a dumbfounded face. Then he is all bright and cherry with other patrons. I just do not want to believe it is because we were the only non Hispanic customer there. We were always polite and wonder if it is personality or lack of training. Needlessly to say I do not recommend nor will I return . So hard to get just simple basic service. .....but the...
Read moreIf I can give this location a zero I would. Customer service was horrible especially the waitress I think her name is Joanne and the manger with glasses tattoo on his neck didn’t get his name. I ordered bbq wings and was given buffalo. I can’t do chili so when I started eating them my mouth was on fire so I told the waitress she said there bbq probably because of the pepper. I told her the other person in my party got bbq and they were not spicy also I have eaten them there before. Right away she said I couldn’t be comp the full meal which I never asked for just to discount the wings since I’m not going to eat them she’s like I’m going to get my manager. Manager didn’t apologize basically said if you want them I’ll put them in mind it’s already 11:30 they close at 12. I told him I didn’t want them anymore they couldn’t guarantee me that it was going to be bbq he said that since he is the manager they will get them right meaning that when the waitress put in orders they don’t make the first right the first time? After that the waitress avoid our table helped everyone around us never offer to check on us or refill. Really unprofessional don’t understand how people like this work in customer service they should work somewhere where they have no contact with people.$117 dollars down the drain the food was horrible, horrible environment and horrible customer service. We were there celebrating my nieces 18th birthday which was ruined. THANK YOU BJ’s FOR RUINING MY NIECES 18TH BIRTHDAY WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DO BETTER BJ’s AND BEWARE IF...
