We ordered our food, it's been a while since we've had their food, all the plates are beef, chicken, shrimp, pork or vegetable stir fry noodles. All of the plates start off at $11.99. The menu states that their plates "Come with a generous portions of Broccoli, Onions, Carrots and Cabbage." You can order extra protein for $2.99 @ of beef, chicken, pork or shrimp. If you love noodles you can pay $4.99 for extra serving of noodles. You can add upto 4 more ingredients such as green onions, baby corn, red chili flakes, garlic, pineapple, bean sprouts, and or mushrooms. On all of our plates we ordered extra protein, noodles and the ingredients. When we received our food 2 had been ordered with bean sprouts, but none was seen. We couldn't find the green onions, we hardly had any proteins although we paid extra for a double serving. The one plate we ordered was supposed to have shrimp with chicken. On my whole plate I'd be lucky if I had 5-6 shrimps. They were small in size, we had a whole lot of noodles, when I say a lot we had left overs of exactly what we ate. Ok being nice, people are still reopening since Covid 19, maybe there stock is low but don't give customers the option ordering a double portion of proteins or vegetables that you don't have. I gave it a 1 star because the app doesn't let you do less. Their generous portions of veggies was non existent. My husband joked when he found 1 carrot on his plate.. Needless to say we won't order from here again. They take your money and they don't give you anything you...

Witnessed Actions Guests often juggle bowls and rice containers without trays. Some were seen setting food down quickly to avoid burns. Others switched hands repeatedly while walking, showing discomfort from the heat. These observations point to a recurring safety issue that affects customer experience.
Hot Food Service The entrees and steamed rice are served extremely hot. Guests risk burning their fingers when handling containers directly after food is prepared. There are no clear warnings provided about the temperature of items when handed to customers.
Main Entree Containers Containers used for serving entrees retain heat for long periods. Without protective sleeves or tray support, guests must handle hot surfaces directly. This creates a consistent burn hazard.
No Trays Provided The absence of trays forces guests to balance multiple hot items in their hands. This heightens the risk of dropping food or burning fingers when moving from the service...

Ok so we have been here before and it was tolerable. But today. NO.
We payed $22 bucks for two plates. The bowl they give you to add all the ingredients AND noodles is tiny. Bit smaller than an 'average' bowl.
Before they would allow you to serve all the ingredients and noodles. Which was great cause you can mount the noodles. Now they have a person who adds the noodles. They literally only put one scoop or maybe two. Which is like half a bowl. You have more vegetables than noodles. It was such a disappointment.
They have a sign that says if you want more noodles you can pay extra. Which is 2.50 for a small bowl just for noodles. That so ridiculous. Why not just give two bowl. One for ingredients and the other for noddles.
Won't be getting food from here again. Panda is better than this an less stingy and...
