Visited Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle for the first time this weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is located in the plaza on the corner of Atlantic and Garvey, with plenty of parking.
The menu is simple and straight forward. You start by choosing the desired soup base (bone broth, tomato, hot & sour, spicy) and then the protein offered under your desired soup base. If you wish to order additional toppings; there is a list of add-on you can pick from. The restaurant gives you the option to order using the QR code taped on the table or with the staff member. Soon after placing the order, they bring out the toppings to the dish, which consists of your desired meat, lettuce, generous portion of rice noodles, tofu, ham, green onion, seaweed, wood ear mushroom, corn, egg, etc. Lastly the soup base is served and you add the add all the toppings to your soup.

We got the original sliced beef brisket (14.99), tomato sliced beef brisket (15.99), and original chicken (14.99). They served the tray of side dishes first and the soup came less than five minutes later. There isn't much meat given (for beef or chicken) but that does make sense for the price. The little side dishes were on cute tiny plates but were also very small portion, which is a bit of a shame. The soup was good though and tasted good with the veggies and side dishes.
Overall, this is a very unique rice noodles place but the portion is a bit regretful because it was mostly carbs. The soup was good though and didn't taste like...
