To start off Shake Shack whenever I visited was pretty busy. Sometimes I had to wait like 15-20 mins at the least when Even I am taking out a simple chocolate shake, which I am not a fan off, however the richness of chocolate shake made me wait.

Once we dines in and ordered Chicken Shack , Chicken Bites, Fries , Chocolate shake & Banana pudding shake. Overall, the food at shake shack the burger was good, but a bit on the oily side. The chicken patty felt greasy, and the chicken bites were just okay — nothing standout. On the bright side, the fries were perfect, and the shakes were absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and a real highlight of the meal.

The chocolate shake was easily the star of the meal. It was thick, creamy, and had a deep, rich chocolate flavor that wasn’t overly sweet — just perfectly balanced.

The banana pudding shake was absolutely delicious — creamy, smooth, and packed with real banana flavor. It had just the right amount of sweetness, with hints of vanilla pudding that made it taste like a dessert in a cup. Every sip was rich and satisfying, like enjoying a chilled slice of homemade banana pudding!

I didn't have much of an expectation going to this restaurant. I had been to a few other locations over the years and never had a memorable time, until now.

We ordered our food on the app and went inside to eat. We didn't want to take it home. We walked in and we're greeted kindly by all staff. They gave us cups with ice and told us about the triple filtered water station. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the hard working kind staff, and the food.

We both ordered a holiday milkshake. Mine was the Apple Cider Donut shake, and my husband ordered the Chocolate Yule Log. I definitely recommend trying both of them. They were incredible.

The cherry lime was obviously real cherry juice; the chicken sandwich was pleasantly crunchy and well spiced; and the milkshakes were delicious with a good flavor selection: we got a banana (with crumbled nilla wafers) and a coffee, and a "Dubai" pistachio chocolate was also available, though almost double the cost of other flavors, so we skipped it. Packaging was minimal, with aluminum cafeteria trays and paper wraps, though the beverage cups and straws were plastic. While I would have preferred human ordering interaction, the touchscreen was straightforward and customization was painless: I got lettuce instead of a bun with no trouble.
