Took my daughter shopping at Marshalls of Airport Square today. We didn’t find anything so I went to return my cart. When I lifted my daughter out of the cart, she dropped my keys that she had been holding. I bent down to pick them up and when I turned around, the cart I was about to push into the return rack was gone … with my wristlet in the back, as pictured. I told an employee working in the back. She immediately grabbed her manager and they locked the front doors. I told them I had a feeling someone took the cart by accident and was still shopping in the store. They literally searched high and low, through every shoppers carts, until they found my it! Today also happens to be my wedding anniversary and I had a sentimental gift from my parents stored in that wristlet. Read moreI like to shop there but last time (9/12/14) I had problem with the customer service in getting an adjustment for a hat that my niece bought just because it was on sale for $12.99 and the original price was 24.99. When we got home she noticed that they charged 24.99 instead 12.99. Came back few hours later and they started to look at me like I had changed the tag stating the tag was from a Men Department. What do I have with this?? It wasn't me who put the tag on the hat. I needed to wait for 40 minutes for them see a video to check whatever and finally they gave me the adjustment.
