I have never experienced such rude retail employees. I've been shopping at these stores (other locations) for over a decade now and have spent substantial amounts of money each time, however at this specific store I was followed around the entire time. FYI guys, there's laws against the exact levels of discriminatory conversations that I got on recording. I've worked in the same industry all my life, then again I guess that's why I'm working corporate for an even more reputable company. As for service; despite being followed around the whole time none of the employees would actually interact with me. You should brush up with your legal depot rep's... It'd do all of you a bit of good. Read moreI have never experienced anything like this before!!! I placed an order online to pick the next day at the North Wales location. First, I never even got an email or text message letting me know that my order was ready!! So I called the store and spoke apparently to a manager that said my order has been completed and is sitting there for over 2 hrs. So I drove to pick up my items only to find out that one of the items orders was not available!!! Now this was the second time I had made contact with this same person and not ones she thought to mention that one of the items ordered wasn’t available!!! When I called her again after I left and didn’t find all my items she said that she didn’t work on my order and she had nothing to do with it!!! So totally blaming someone else for her lack of customer service!!! I asked to speak to her nagar and her manager did the same thing but this time blamed it on corporate !! Read moreNot a great impression as the woman who seemed to be in charge was quite rude about purchasing a storage box which was labeled as on sale at 50% off. She repeatedly claimed that this was actually an "everyday sale" item and therefore not eligible and I clearly missed the indication on the shelf. I explained that is truly is not marked as such, she again told me I was wrong and just didn't see it. Rather than showing me the exclusion (maybe because it wasn't marked...) she simply walked away waving her hands in the air leaving me to look at the cashier who just said "you can just leave it here if you don't6 want it..." Needless to say I thanked her and walked out at that point. Unprofessional.
If it's an exclusion just show me my error, or maybe apologize if it is the store's, while indicating that a discount still can't be offered. Don't repeatedly tell the customer they can't see the (nonexistant) label and just walk away from...
